The positive, location was really good - right on the mountain. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware. The negative: they only gave us two bath towels .. nothing for the hot tub. We had to drive back down to the office to get some. Bring your own salt and pepper, and coffee as they only provide two small cups worth. The bed was the worst! It was like a car with no shocks. Any movement caused the whole bed to to bounce around and move all night long. It was terrible.. The place is very dated and is missing knobs on some cabinets, the door to the armoire in the bedroom was hanging by one hinge. Furniture was torn in some places.

Our stay

The condo was great - great views and location. Only complaint was the bed. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Easily remedied by new mattress - they aren’t that expensive.

Property pretty much as advertised. Comfortable, not spiffy. I thought the photos included a tennis court availability but on arrival learn there is no tennis court. Possibly my error.

It sure is high up there

Checking in? Breezy. The rest? Ooof, this place was what most people think of rooms in Vegas: just a place to sleep. First, the keys hardly worked to get into the building, same goes for the unit (original hardware? ). Second, the hallway leading to our unit was a cloud of pot smoke. The neighbor was generous enough to leave his door cracked so that his place didn't fill up with all that smoke. Didnt really care because I didn't have my kids with me. But dude! Really? Third, no adjusting the temperature, not allowed. Fourth, I think they need a gallon or two of Drano to go down the shower. Standing water for quite a while. This in the shower that also might have been the original hardware. It doesn't flow, it spits on you. Maid service rocked it though. It was clean, well stocked and lacking no amenities. Again, it did the trick to rest our heads. And I guess that's what counts. It was also cheaper than the Holiday Inn. So there's that.

Basic, Small Well Equipped Condo

Good value for the Steamboat condo market. Unit was well-equipped, but missing a few key items, luggage holders and mirrors on the wall. Close to hot tub. TV worked well, but no instructions, and it was small for the room.

It was fine.

A bit dated, but it got the job done. Management company only provided 1 roll of toilet paper, which was lame. But obviously a minor thing. The one thing that would really be nice is some higher quality pillows. It's tough to sleep when the temps are really hot in Steamboat. A little more bed comfort would help.

Comfortable and Convenient to slopes

We enjoyed our recent stay! The condo was cozy and we especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. It was an easy walk to the slope to ski down to the lift in the morning and skiing home at the end of the day was a treat. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Our only suggestion is get more silverware, there were only 5 forks. Overall, we loved the condo and would stay there again.

Great location for the price

The location is great with easy walk out and easy ski in! View toward the mountain is good. Unit has essentials for kitchen and cleaning. Our second stay in this unit!

Perfect for our needs

Clean with a nice living room area and comfortable bed (pillows not so much). Perfect size for our short stay where we wanted to get out and explore the Yampa River, hike the ski hill, and eat in town. I'd stay here again.
