Bob, most people are very pleased with our property, so I'm sorry that you feel that you haven't received the best for this price point. We strive to maintain the cleanest and most efficient property as possible. Our kitchen utensils are of a good grade, although not platinum level since this property is at a fantastic price point. We always make it clear that the apartment is located on the third floor so that guests can make the decision to book based on that knowledge. Again, our price point and cleanliness have been appreciated by many guests before your stay. We would have loved to have helped you with the clogged bathtub, since that is (unfortunately) a common thing that occurs for homeowners and can be easily remedied. We did not receive a call or message from you to service this issue, but would have been glad to come quickly. The pool remains open all year around, but outside temperatures dictate whether a guest is comfortable to take a dip. We would have been happy to help with the lock box as well, but when you reached out to us, you quickly messaged us back that you were able to gain access. Our furnishings are tidy, minimalist, and meant to offer guests a quick place to land for TV and fellowship, but we will certainly take your suggestions about its comfort into account for future purchases.
