Riverside Retreat Located 45 minutes from Broken Bow Lake in Mccurtain County. Mountain Fork River Getaway cabin located on the riverbanks of the Mountain Fork River in SE Oklahoma. Secluded and Serenity at its best. Enjoy the 3,200 square foot, four-bedroom cabin, 150 feet from the gently rolling bank of the beautiful Mountain Fork River. Enjoy privacy behind a gated entrance, fishing the river or relaxing on the deck. Reserve the upstairs for 1 couple only or the entire home for families and friends. Guest: $15/night for adult guest over four. Don't add children living at home (less than18 years old ) when booking total number guest.

Beautiful & Peaceful Retreat

Our family has stayed in many places over the years, in many states. This was by far one of the top! It was beyond comfortable! It was amazing! Every member of our family from age 6 to 62, absolutely loved this place and is already asking to go again! Thank You!

Amazing as always

3rd or 4th time at this property and it is our familyā€™s favorite vacation spot. We now come for a week because we found ourselves never wanting to leave. The cabin is amazing. Neat & clean and has all the amenities youā€™d want. New high speed internet makes it even better if you have to connect for work or school. The property is isolated from other people and you likely wonā€™t see anyone else while youā€™re there. Gary is an amazing host and goes out of his way for his guests. We will be coming back again, maybe for longer. Thank you Gary! You guys are great!

Family Winter Trip

We took an extended weekend Winter trip with our family. Property was immaculately clean, warm & inviting. Online pictures do not do this listing justice. Truly a site to behold. Travel directions are spot on & communication with the property owner is excellent. We had a wonderful weekend & even got to experience a little snow. Definitely will be rebooking in the future.

Such an amazing cabin. This is our 3rd stay here and it gets better every time. We stayed 6 nights and loved every minute!!! We will be back next year!

Family Getaway

The property is beautiful and remote. We wanted a chance to unplug and unwind with our adult children. We played games and hiked. There was a ramp for my wheelchair and a bedroom the first floor. Wish the toilet in master bath was higher and had an assist bar. This was the second time at this property and we plan to visitation in the future.

Peace and Serenity

This cabin has everything you would ever want or need. It is fully stocked and nicely furnished. The cabin is great for just couples and families too. The hot tub is an added bonus along with the sites and sounds of the river right outside the cabin. There are several acres to enjoy which contribute to the peace and quiet. We will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommend!!

Peace and Seclusion

Great place to disconnect from the stress of everyday life. The cabin and property is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The property is gated and sits on several secluded acres, plenty of room to spread out and spend time with family. The cabin is beautifully furnished with tons of room. The large deck has a wonderful view and relaxing sounds from the river. This place is truly over the top and we will definitely be visiting again.

Godā€™s Country-My Happy Place

This is the second year I have stayed at the Riverside Retreat. I waited 365 days to return and counted down every day until my arrival. Mr. and Mrs. Abel are the most amazing and accommodating hosts. The home, the entire property, and surrounding area is absolutely stunning and gorgeous. Itā€™s my happy place. It doesnā€™t get any more beautiful and peaceful than the Riverside Retreat. I will return.

Absolutely Amazing!

I cannot say enough about this property. Opened the front door to jazz music playing and a beautiful scent and it just got better from there. The house itself was beautiful. The views from the porch amazing. In our 6 years of traveling to Oklahoma for a getaway this was the best place we have been by far. We will definitely be back. Thank you Gary!

Wonderful trip, beautiful place

We brought the grandparents along and it was such an amazing getaway. The pictures donā€™t do it justice. Clean, well stocked and so many things to do. We loved the river, hot tub and scenery. We will definitely be back. Just beautiful.
