This house is centrally located in the desirable Easton's Point neighborhood with a short walk to 1st and 2nd (Sachuest) Beach. Walk to local restaurants Flo's Clam shack, Aquidneck Pizza, Atlantic Grill and Tickets just to name a few! It's less than a mile to the Cliff Walk and Mansions and less than 2 miles to downtown Newport. There are 3 bedrooms in this 1600 square foot home; both bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 have queen beds and bedroom 3 has 2 twins/singles. There are 2 recently updated bathrooms and a completely redone kitchen with quartz counter tops and newer stainless-steel appliances. The living room is spacious and airy and the lower level has a family room as well as a new washer and dryer. There is also off-street parking for your convenience.
Please note, there are security cameras outside, front and back.

Just as described! The location was perfect, the house was well stocked and very clean. Kerry was super responsive to all our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We'll definitely be back!!

Loved being here

Spectacularly clean, so many special details and products provided, wonderfully stocked kitchen with dishes, pans, silverware, glassware, a 6 minute walk to the beach and a lovely neighborhood for walking as well.

Great VRBO, Perfect for a Family

Thank you for making your property available. We were able to spend quality time with family, it was close to both beaches, clean and offered everything we needed. The back porch was great on cool evenings and the kids enjoyed the extra yard space along with the outdoor shower.

Wonderful family getaway near beach

Kerry’s home is comfortable with a stocked kitchen and nice beach decor. The outdoor shower is a great way to clean off after a day at the beach. Convenient to many restaurants. We had a great week - she was also responsive to questions that arose during the stay.

Great experience!

Kerry is a great owner, so responsive and easy to communicate with! House is terrific, great location, clean, well stocked kitchen, wonderful outdoor shower! We were six adults with plenty of room. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

Great location near beaches

We had a wonderful Family vacation at Kerry’s house and look forward to returning! It was perfect for our family of 4. The house is very clean, well stocked and recently renovated. The outdoor shower was awesome and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck. The house is in a desirable neighborhood and close to both first and second beach. Thank you Kerry!

Absolutely perfect week in RI

From the moment we walked through the door, we felt at home and so lucky to have found this little gem. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated and very comfortable for our family of 5. As for location, it couldn’t really get any better. Just a short walk/bike ride to town, first beach or second beach but tucked away from the crowds. The owner, Kerry, was very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We hope to return every summer!

Family Vacation

The house is very clean and recently renovated. The house is a raised ranch. If stairs are an issue, keep in mind there are no bedrooms in the lower level, and the only walk in shower is in the lower level. All of the bedrooms are upstairs and spacious.

Great for beaches and newport

We loved staying in Easton’s Point at this property. The home was perfect for our young family of 4 and quick visits from friends and family. The home cake equipped with board and yard games that were a great way to pass the time not spent on the beach or exploring the area. The home is within less than 5 minutes from 3 amazing beaches. We opted to drive with our small kids but two great beaches are an easy walk away. Finally, the home is less than 10 minutes from all the main sites in Newport - perfect for a dinner out or happy hour.

Kerry's Vacation House

Kerry's house was absolutely amazing. The entire house was just remodel. Spacious living room, the kitchen was stocked with every kind of cooking tool you need, and new appliances. We loved sitting outside on the deck, after the beach. You are five minutes away from both first and second beach and Newport is a fifteen minute drive. My family had a wonderful vacation. Lovely stay

We had a great time at the house. The property was clean and it’s obvious that the homeowner takes pride in maintaining their home. The outdoor shower is nice and big, fit all three kids plus me in easily for our post beach showers. I enjoyed having the downstairs area with tv and play space for kids to hang out in. The area is very residential and quiet, great for taking walks and while also proximal to beaches and Newport. The rooms are cozy and comfy, everyone slept well in the beds. The kitchen was well outfitted with most things you need to cook. We didn’t use the grill but there was one there. Would definitely be happy staying here again!

Close to Newport and Middletown Beaches, but you have to go through Purgatory to get there!

This was the perfect property for our family of four! Great location between First and Second Beach and just a couple miles to downtown Newport. Everything was as advertised in the listing, the check-in process was seamless, the owner was responsive and the AC works great! There is a beach wagon, beach toys, umbrellas and beach chairs - all in good condition. I will only note that while you can walk to the beaches, you have to walk at least for some stretch along aptly named Purgatory Road (you have to go through Purgatory to get to Paradise after all), with a narrow shoulder and no sidewalks until you get close to the beach. We ended up driving to the beaches and had no issues with parking. First Beach parking is pay by plate so you can come and go without having to pay again. We found that much easier than walking!

I know walking on Purgatory with cars going by isn't the best for that stretch, but happy to hear you found parking on First Beach that worked out well! Fantastic house in a great location!!

My family recently stayed in Kerry’s house and we had the best time! We had three adults and three small children. The house had plenty of room for everyone... two living areas, two full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and wonderful back deck and yard. Everything is newly updated and it was spotlessly clean. You can’t beat the location... close to both first and second beach. We had lots of gear so we drove to beaches but it is certainly within walking distance. The house was stocked with all essentials and so many extras... games, books, movies, fully stocked kitchen, wagon for the beach, chairs, umbrella, etc. Kerry was quick to respond with questions and when we locked ourselves out of the house she answered me within 5 minutes... she was the perfect hostess! Beautifully Remodeled Beach House for our Family

We have 3 small kids and lots of needs when we travel. We recently stayed at Kerry's place in Middletown. It is a beautifully remodeled. We have stayed in the area for a decade and you can't always depend on getting a fully updated place like theirs. Kitchen was beautiful, central A/C was a life saver during the heat wave we got, two updated bathooms and a terrific family room with multiple video games made my son (and his dad) super excited. It's super close to both Easton's and Second beach, great food, Dunkin Donuts and so many wonders to experience in Newport and Middletown (Sweet Berry Farm, Restaurants, Arcades, Acquirium). Kerry was very responsive and accommodating. They had thought of most things before we even arrived - kids games and puzzles, extra pillows and blankets, etc. There is a great deck with a grill that we cook on with our family. Just a great house in a great neighborhood.

Great vacation in Newport

The house was great for our family vacation. Close enough to all the attractions but still a quiet location. The house was very clean and kitchen was well appointed. Check-in was easy. No glitches at all.

Renovated, comfortable house within walking distance of 1st Beach

My family had a lovely week at Kerry’s house. It was very clean, organized, and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and good shower pressure. No weird house sounds, barking dogs, or loud neighbors. The outdoor shower was also great. We enjoyed the open layout on the 2nd floor so that our young kids could play while my husband and I prepared breakfast/dinner. Kerry was very responsive and a terrific host.

Great Location on Easton’s

My Family and I had a great time at Kerry’s house. The perfect amount of space for a family of 5. Close to the beaches, and convenient to all Newport & Middletown have to offer. The house sits on a beautiful block in a great neighborhood for exploring and taking in the sunset.

Great family vaca!

We had a great time on our vaca! The house is perfect for families with young children. Super close to the beach and the house has plenty of games to entertain the kids on a rainy day.

Amazing house!

This is our second year staying in Kerry's house in Middletown, RI. The house is amazing. Kerry has everything you need for your stay. We always have plenty of room for our family of five plus grandma and the addition of the outdoor shower this year was so great with three young children coming home from the beach. The neighborhood is great and the location can't be beat. The house is always spotless and comfortable. Thank you for another wonderful stay Kerry! We will definitely be back next year.

Wonderful house in an amazing area!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this Easton's Point home! The house was a great size, clean, and well stocked! The area is beautiful and the house is a short drive to many beaches and downtown Newport (you could walk to the beaches as well). We would definitely stay here again.
