Part of the Hololani Resort, this condo is a quick walk from shops like the Whaler's General Store and eats at the Maui Brewing Company Pub. Pohaku Park's picnic area and beaches are less than half a mile to the south, with hiking and golfing three miles to the north.

The Hololani Resort provides perks like a shared pool, housekeeping, and a prime location in West Maui ideal for admiring sunsets. The lanai offers spectacular views and room for up to four guests, with free WiFi and cable on the flatscreen TV available inside. You'll also have a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a few extras like included beach towels.

This property has a strict NO SMOKING policy. Smoking or Vaping of any kind including Medical Marijuana are strictly prohibited anywhere on property.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was very nice and had a good ocean view. We would probably stay here again. Due to the condo not being air conditioned there was road noise in the second bedroom that was disturbing during the night and early morning.

Great Location

Great location. Beautiful view. It is on the shady side of the building which is protected from the hot afternoon sun. Furniture is a little shaby, but unit was very clean and rental process was very smooth.

Great property

Great location, clean, but the kind size bed is basically in the living area and not closed off so there is zero privacy. Property owner should invest in a more permanent temp wall instead of four single doors that slide and bang with every breeze and then a door in the hallway near the bed.

Great apartment!

Though we didn't use the kitchen it was nice to have the washer/dryer with the complimentary detergent. No AC but it was cool enough just with the window open so no complaints. Nice to have the double bathrooms as well.

Oceanfront Balcony View, Pool, Near Beach

Clean, good size Condo! About 15 minutes drive to Lahaina Harbor. Quick walk to shops and restaurants, quick drive to a nearby beach, shopping, and picnic areas to watch sunsets. Full kitchen, wifi, and tv. Beach towels included. Considering all the things we did, this location was a bit far of a drive to head back to the airport area for the Maui Plantation (~45 min drive), Road to Hana entrance at Paia (~1 hr drive), Hana Town (arrived ~3 hr drive), Kihei (~1 hr drive), back to the area where Costco/Walmart and airport OGG (~45 min drive). Note: The back room with two beds, gets a little windy, and have slammed the door shut a few times. Must put the door foot down. The outer bedroom with one bed has sliding doors to separate the living room area. It's not completely private or sealed off with some gaps above the lose sliding doors. The door entrance is in front of the elevator as you step out, to the right. There was one cockroach walking across the living room tv room we found. The parking space is in front of the garbage cans and elevator. Great location if staying and hanging out in the Lahaina surrounding areas!

Great location for whale watching, close to snorkeling!

The location is great - we watched so many whales from the lanai. It was also nice being back from other lanais, so a little more private than some in front of us. The sunset is around the corner, but visible from the hall outside this unit. Note that the king sized bed is not in a private bedroom. There are sliding panels to separate it from the living room, but no door at the other side where the bathroom is. The room with twin beds and bath has a door for full privacy. Worked for us, but I could see others wanting a bit more privacy in that big bed! The unit was clean, and the kitchen reasonably supplied. A bit more flatware would have been nice. The furniture was a bit worn and the lanai furniture was a little tired. We did enjoy the chairs and table out there, eating breakfast and watching whales and the turtles just below us. All in all, a great place that suited us just fine! Whales! Turtles! And about 10 minutes from lots of great snorkeling locations.

Great stay but beware of the wind

Needs a few updates, like windows as it was quite windy and the sound of the wind through leaky vibrating windows was very distracting / noisy. Also there is no AC in the unit. Otherwise everything was great. We saw whales jumping in the ocean from the window. That view is incredible. The kitchen was remodeled as well as the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer in the unit. Bogus boards and snorkel gear was also available. One parking spot in the basement of the building was a plus too.

Whales, Whales, Whales!

There was never a time that we didn't see whales from the lanai. Somewhat disappointing that you can't see the sunset from this unit, but you could easily walk down to the end of the hallway to view it. There was always a cooling breeze that kept us very comfortable. The king bed was comfy as well as the furniture on the lanai. There were plenty of bath and beach towels, bathroom amenities, and a small amount of local coffee was provided along with a box of Maui chocolates. All in all, a nice place to relax on vacation.

We enjoyed our stay with great view .

It has an amazing ocean view w rainbow every morning. There is no solid wall or door to jerk privacy the main bedroom. We did not receive any housekeeping for entire stay during their holiday schedule. Great neighbors. Great access to main Rd.

Bad start but good finish.

When I got here 3 things did not work. I called the next morning and it took to 5pm to show up. Wasted a whole day of my vacation waiting for the repair man. I should be refunded 1 day. WiFi was so bad only one person could be logged on at one time and you had to unplug and plug in to get that to work.

Enjoyed our stay

The property is in a great location and was easy to access. The kitchen was well stocked and we were happy that the pool and bath towels were available.

Absolutely Amazing!

At first I was concerned about no air; then once I open led the windows and doors I was amazed and the air flow. We throughly enjoyed our stay. And I would definitely book this place again. Everything was comfortable and ready for us. Great location to restaurants and stores.

Great location for families!

We enjoyed our stay in unit B801. The view is amazing and the unit is spacious and fully equipped. Parking is easy. When the trade winds are not blowing, it is incredibly hot in the unit. Other times, there is a nice breeze. We enjoyed the balcony and the views all week. The second bedroom is in the back with its own balcony, bathroom and door. The master bedroom is in the front and does not have an actual door. The pool is great and the grounds are impeccably maintained. We enjoyed cooking at the bbq and swimming at night. There is no direct access to the beach. We enjoyed seeing turtles swimming along the coastline from our balcony. Thank you for a nice stay in Maui!

Nice place

The condo was very nice. It was very noisy though, so not the quiet relaxation we are used to when visiting Maui. The coffee pot wasn’t working so we had to go get coffee every morning. Overall a nice place, but just noisy.

Spacious and bright condo

This was a great space for 3 of us. My son appreciated having his own room and bathroom. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the whales breach over coffee. We enjoyed grilling on the pool deck by the light of the tiki torches. The master bed looks out over the ocean and we could watch the moon replicating on the ocean from our bed. We really appreciated having laundry facilities and the showers were clean and the water pressure was good. The pool was warm and there was never a problem getting a deck chair. The sunset was not visible from our deck so we walked down and enjoyed it every night from the breakwall.
