This 2nd floor condo provides wall to wall slider doors along the ocean side of the master bedroom and living room for amazing direct ocean and palm tree views. Spend the day by the pool, on the beach, or adventuring around the island and return to enjoy cocktails and dinner on your private lanai while gazing out at the ocean for sunset. Truly an experience like none other for the entire family.

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie, giving you an easy way to add adventure, relaxation, and local flavor to your stay. This is the perfect spot for those looking for a great spot right next to the beach without feeling overwhelmed by crowds. Being on the 2nd floor we were able to enjoy the ocean breeze while watching the sea turtles swim right off shore with a great view of Moloka'i in the distance! This rental is centrally located between several of the smaller west towns Lahaina, Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua which have plenty of restaurant options and tours. While it is possible to snorkel at this spot I would highly recommend checking out other local beaches for a variety of beach. There is also a variety of beach goodies available for use which came in handy being from out of town and wanting to enjoy the beach without having to bring/buy things to use.The only downside we had was there was construction happening in one of the upstairs rentals during the day. Luckily most days we were out exploring and not bothered but if you had a late morning or early afternoon you may hear some loud noise as long as construction is ongoing. Another thing to consider is how far you are from certain parts of the island. We did the sunrise to Haleakala National Park and had to leave by 2:30 am to make it before the sunrise. The road to Hana can also be tricky from this location if you are making reservations to visit certain beaches/areas.

Place was exactly as posted. Very beautiful views! Ease of access to beach, stores, and food. Had a few cockroaches visit but post did inform that pests may be an issue. May want to check about changing locks as it was hard to unlock/lock with the keys...didn't want to always work right away. Took us a few minutes each time to get in and out. Host was great with communication.

My favorite place I’ve ever stayed on Maui!

This room was perfect for two couples! Amazing views, right on the water with nice beach access. The unit had all of the amenities we could have needed, and was in perfect condition (the listing doesn't do it justice). I would highly recommend it to others, and gladly stay here again myself!

We really loved staying here: it was clean, beds were comfortable in the rooms and you CAN'T BEAT THE VIEWS!!!! The only thing we wish was that the bathrooms were adjoining to rooms, one of them was not private except for toilet and shower. We would definitely stay here again!!

Ocean Front Maui Stay

The best part of the rental was being ocean front on a more private beach area close to town access. Whale watching was incredible from the lanai. Not being so high up we had optimal views of the palms and ocean. Great place for a family stay with a more relaxed vibe.

Ten star location

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The view of the ocean with the whales and turtles was exceptional. We would sit for hours, watching the whales frolic in the ocean. Huge sea turtles entertained us, as well. We saw more from our lanai than we saw on our whale watch. We would love to stay here again.

Lacked sheets for one bed first night, corrected 2nd day. Couldn't run Dishwasher because no soap supplied. Could have used salt and pepper. Great views, enjoyed stay.

Amazing location, gorgeous view

Traveling with two small kids this location was key. Steps to the beach, nice space for the family to spread out and a very short walk across the street for rentals, food and convenience store. And talk about a view. I don’t think the listing does this place justice. It was much more than I was expecting and we would definitely return!

Spacious 2 bedroom with stunning views. Kitchen a delight to cook in… well supplied with high end appliances, pots and pans. Lovely decor felt luxurious and not a normal VRBOLots of Whale watching from veranda, beach right outside … rainbows, turtles, brilliant nighttime stars…. Every thing was great

We enjoyed every moment we stayed. Furniture and bedding were perfect especially your kitchen. Little bit inconvenient that TV’s in bedrooms has no internet connection. Thank you very much 🙂

Fun last night stay wonderful vacation

Great everything Except can you view your cameras of the night 13th 14th someone hit our jeep in the parking lot

Amazing view, and location

We absolutely loved our stay the view was gorgeous, and the turtles casually swimming by popping up their heads was a nice bonus. We definitely loved having access to the beach anytime we wanted with low traffic. Check in and Check out was painless and communication was excellent and prompt. All I have to say is if you visit and decide to do a no technology day and stumble upon the puzzles in the games cabinet the 1000 piece puzzle is missing a piece :( ..Loved our stay no regrets at all!!!

Wonderful Place

I stay in Maui twice a year and this unit was beautiful! It is surely worth the difference of money compared to other similar units. Supplies to start you off were much appreciated and instruction book was thoughtfully written. They even have emergency lights in case of an incident. Stunning views. Great amenities. Comfortable beds. Will surely return!

Gorgeous views! We enjoyed the sunsets and extensive whale watching from the balcony. Our trip was in February. The amount of whale activity we could see from the balcony was truly amazing. The condo was nice with comfortable furniture and everything you could need for a beach day. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils however if you plan to do ANY cooking, bring your spices - salt and pepper is all you will find. They provided dishwasher pods, dish soap, fresh scrubbers, and laundry supplies which was really nice. The beach is a let down. There are huge sandbags that seem to be a permanent fixture with green algea growing on them which sloughs off and is floating around in the swimming area. There is no A/C which seems common with hawaii rentals. They do provide multiple portable fans. The back bedroom window which had slated glass opens to the hallway of the complex for fresh air. This room didnt cool off very well. But the other rooms werent bad (again this was in february). This rental was far away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy mall area, which made it nice and quiet. There is a cute food truck park just down the road with some other closer food options like right next door....Captain Jacks - very good food with reasonable pricing for the area. Overall, i would recommend. We would stay here again for the once in a lifetime views!

We appreciate the chance to clarify that limited kitchen supplies are provided intentionally for health reasons and are noted in advance so guests can plan with ease. As shared in the listing, air conditioning is not included, which is common across many Maui coastal homes that rely on tradewinds and fans instead.
