Koi Cottage With Mineral Hot Tub ~ Located Minutes From The Upper Meramec River

The Koi Cottage is a single level living, no stairs for easy access. It starts with a large concrete patio with fire pit, table and chairs, charcoal grill. The lily pond is next to the patio where water trickles down to the Koi pond below.
Off of the patio there is a outdoor room where you will find a wood burning stove, chairs, stereo system where you can plug in your device to enjoy music. The outdoor room is surrounded with windows to enjoy the outdoors from the warmth from within.
When you walk indoors, you enter the living room with satellite TV, comfortable reclining couch and love seat. We also have a large selection of books for reading enjoyment.
Off of the living room is a sun room which has a futon to open up for extra sleeping and the view of the Koi pond. The sun room has cordless pull shades on all windows plus a room divider to create a comfortable sleeping area. There is a electric fireplace in the sun room which can be enjoyed from the living room.
From the living room you enter the dining area with table and chairs that will accommodate 4.
The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, dish washer, toaster oven and coffee pot. It's stocked with all the dishware you will need, utensils and pots and pans.
The large bedroom has a queen size log bed with linens and a large closet for your cloths.
Bathroom is a full bathroom with tub and shower, towels and washcloths.
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The mineral hot tub is located on the back deck. Where you can enjoy the hot tub in private.
