3 Mile Cabin - Cozy Cabin 3 Miles from Downtown, Views, Hot Tub

Beautiful, super clean, cozy cabin, designed for 2 but can sleep 3 (futon sofa) fully equipped kitchen with gas grill and outdoor fire ring (firewood provided). Beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the pasture on our property, our home is located on the other side of the property. Very private, off street parking, Netflix, Amazon Prime, WiFi, hot tub. Make us your home base to explore Asheville, downtown is only 3 miles away, as well as a short distance to the Blue Ridge Parkway (9 miles), Biltmore House (6 miles), and many other fun activities.

Private, Amish built cabin built on part of our 2.5 acre homestead, our home is located on the other side of the property. Watch wild turkeys and deer, from your front porch, and enjoy the sunset. Beautiful year round views, covered porch, private outdoor seating area with hot tub, 600 feet off the road, very quiet. Cabin is one bedroom, 400 sq feet inside with 100 sq foot porch outside.

Also, no long list of chores at checkout, just place used towels on the shower floor and wash any dishes used.

We are owner operated and work diligently to make sure you have a positive experience and enjoy your time with us. Stay with us and you will se why we have had hundreds five star reviews.

No parties, only registered and paid for guests allowed on property and in cabin, quiet time is 11 P.M., we live on the property as well.
The cabin is designed for 2 people, if guests bring additional people they will be charged an extra fee of $250, and will be asked to leave.

Such a good get away

We loved the cabin. We stayed here over Christmas and it was the perfect getaway. The hot tub was wonderful, the cabin felt remote yet it’s so close to downtown. The Christmas decor was a nice extra touch.

Really enjoyed our weekend stay! The hosts communicated well, the place was very clean and welcoming, and the location is great if you want to be close to downtown but still have the log cabin mountain vibes! Would definitely return.

Anniversary getaway

This property is exactly as advertised. Very clean and nicely furnished. Private, but still close to town. Owners are very helpful too. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great little cabin

Its out of the city but very close to a lot of food and drink options. It was very clean and as advertised. The hot tub is great to have after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Stay

3 Mile cabin was amazing! It was close enough to downtown Asheville and far enough to feel that you were in a cabin in the mountains. Evert was perfect! They had so many thoughtful touches. We will be back!

Great find!

This cabin has everything you need without the huge price tag! Their were so many little details the owners did that made the stay one of the best we have had. It's quiet, clean, comfortable and a perfect distance from great restaurants and shopping. Loved the added lights by the hot tub and the sound of the animals around us. Owners are very friendly!

Relaxing with Great View

We absolutely loved our stay. We loved sitting on the porch and looking at the view. Property and cabin are very clean and well maintained as was the hot tub. Photos and description on VRBO are exactly what you get. Downtown Asheville was a short and pleasant drive.

Honeymoon Getaway

We had a great time at this cute, micro house cabin. We loved that it was just outside of city limits. It allowed us to go back and forth from the city, and the mountains for hiking. We also got to enjoy the hot tub while there.

Perfect location, just 3 miles from downtown Asheville but far enough to feel like you are in the woods! Immaculate place, incredibly clean and well stocked-hosts had thought of everything! To slide into a bubbling hot tub under the stars after driving 5 hours was heaven on earth. Cannot recommend this place enough :)

Perfect Cozy Spot

Loved this little cabin! High end finishes for a small cabin, cozy furniture and we really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub! We would definitely stay there again!

Rested and Renewed!

Sharon and David have thought of everything to provide the perfect mountain retreat. My bestie and I met for a family free girls weekend and were not disappointed. The bed and futon were comfy. The hot tub was relaxing, the views were lovely. Every single thing you could need was there, down to a savings card for the local grocery store. We may meet back here every year from now on!

Relaxing Oasis

This cabin is perfect for a couple's getaway. The hot tub and fire pit made for a perfect end to the day spent hiking and brewery hopping. The cabin was clean and accomadating. We can't wait to come back.

Wedding Stay

We loved the small little cozy cabin. My wife and 1yo son stayed and it was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly, immediately meeting us upon our arrival and showing us around. The guest binder gives great local attractions and restaurants to try out. We’d love to stay here again on future trips!

Cozy, Comfortable & Convenient

This cabin is the perfect place to stay for 2-4 people, with beautiful views and wonderful amenities including the hot tub and unique fire pit. David and Sharon thought of everything from shampoo to a wine opener, and were readily available for any questions. My whole group slept well on the bed and futon. Also, being 6'4, the tall ceilings and shower head were an added bonus! I highly reccomend this conveniently located cabin to anyone looking to enjoy Asheville.

Fantastic getaway

3 Mile Cabin was the perfect spot for my husband and I. The view from the porch was beautiful and the evenings by the fire pit were cozy. We had the pleasure of meeting Sharon the morning of check in and she was so nice and informative about the cabin and local recommendations. Biltmore Estate is minutes away as well as various shopping locations. David and Sharon truly thought of everything from the kitchen necessities to robes for the hot tub. My husband and I had such a great time we are looking forward to coming back in the years to come when we travel to the area!

Dave & Sharon thought about everything to make our stay perfect. Coffee, a few chocolates, robes, ice in the fridge are a few examples. The cabin was clean and well laid out. We had a wonderful time, and look forward to coming back. R&A

Secluded and private, our property has amazing views year round but is 3 miles from downtown Asheville.

We have 2.5 acres, the cabin and our home are both located on the property. It was a dairy farm many years ago, it is in a quiet, semi-rual area, all of our neighbors have between 2-15 acres, it is one of the most peaceful settings 3 miles from downtown Asheville.
