We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the missing toilet paper—this was an oversight by our cleaning staff, and we’ve addressed this with our team to help prevent it from happening again. We’re also very sorry about the issue with mice during your stay. Being in a wooded, mountain setting, wildlife can occasionally be a challenge, but this is not the experience we want for our guests. Since then, we’ve taken additional steps with pest control and sealing to help prevent future issues. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance concerns to our attention as well. We are continually working on updates and improvements, including appliances, grills, and hot tub maintenance, to enhance guest comfort while preserving the rustic character of the cabins.
