.... This condo unit has Excellent breathtaking views overlooking the pool and Atlantic Ocean from living / dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom. Beautiful complete renovation 2018 with new flooring and ALL new furnishings. Fresh, comfy and relaxing coastal interior design that is so welcoming you will never want to leave. The one level floor plan is open and spacious with gorgeous views and ease of access to the pool and beach. New Hardwood floors throughout living quarters and bedrooms, ceramic tile in the entryway, kitchen and bathrooms. Granite Counter-tops in Kitchen. Large flat-screen TV in living room; all bedrooms have a flat-screen TV as well. This condo has the closest access to the gated community pool and beach boardwalk right off your private deck / balcony. The steps off your private deck, beach boardwalk, pool and gardens are gated and private to the complex (Code entry required). This unit is PRIME location with just a short walk to local shops and restaurants across the street and nearby. During your stay enjoy a trip to downtown historic Charleston which is only 15 minuets away.
Sleeping accommodations for up to a strict / maximum of 6 guests ONLY.... we do NOT want or allow additional guests sleeping on the sofas. No children under the age of 5 years old. No Smoking! ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED by HOA or Homeowner!

* Absolutely NO house parties, weddings, bachelor / bachelorette parties, fraternities, youth groups or groups of students allowed! This is a Strict / Enforced rule.

* Absolutely NO Pets, and NO more than 6 guests allowed. If pets or more than 6 guests are found you will be asked to vacate the property forfeiting all monies. This is a Strict / Enforced rule. We do not want additional guests sleeping on the sofas.

* Absolutely NO kayaks, boats, paddle boards, surfboards, sports equipment, etc. allowed or stored inside or on the back deck of the condo unit (This is against HOA policy). You may leave them in your vehicle or downstairs in the covered garage near the bike rack (Not interfering with parking spots) at your own risk.

* No rowdy horseplay inside condo unit. There are other neighbors with renters as well as other homeowners in the building and we would like our guests to be respectful and mindful of them.

* This unit is monitored by an outdoor video surveillance system to ensure added safety to our guests as well as allowing the ability to enforce our condo rules as well as HOA rules.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Located in the heart of the action in Isle of Palms- walkable distance to many restaurants. Beach front property with community pool and easy beach access. The hostess is super accommodating and accessible. Plenty of communication given with detailed description on check in/out procedures. Condo has fully equipped kitchen and is spacious and comfortable. This condo truly offers it all!

What a wonderful Condo. Everything was so clean and furnished perfectly. Location is great, right by the pool and a very short walk to the beach (just up the walkway). Views were great and enjoyed just sitting on the porch watching the waves. Will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we opened the door we were captivated by the beautiful beach views. The home is beautifully decorated with tasteful accents and a sand and pale turquoise color pallet. The beds were all very comfortable and the three bathrooms were clean and updated and worked out perfectly for our adult family of three couples. We loved the outdoor deck - also nicely furnished and decorated with easy access to the beach and pool right from the deck. Perfect location near great restaurants and shops but a very quiet family feel. We loved it and canā€™t wait to return!

Perfect beach vacation

This was without a doubt the best vacation rental experience we have ever had. From communication with the owner, to the location to the views, everything. My family arrived the day before me and I was bombarded with texts about how perfect and how clean it was, how well it fit our needs, I could go on. We certainly plan on renting this same property again the next time we vacation in Charleston.

Great beautiful place and location

We enjoyed our time. Itā€™s is literally steps to the beach. The condo was in great shape, very clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was great and timely. Jaimee recommended a local pool chair company that was amazing and reasonably price. Plenty of dining within walking distance. Also, Charleston is just 20 minutes away. Great time. Def coming back.

Spacious fantastic property

We enjoyed this property very much. Jamee is very easy to communicate with and genuinely cares about clients having a wonderful stay. She has a go above and beyond approach as an owner. We loved having the spacious 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very comfortable. It is a very short walk to the beach and to restaurants. Our vacation was unfortunately cut short due to Debby but we will definitely be back for a redo.

What a perfect location, beautiful and clean accommodations and a gracious host. This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Jamee quickly responded to any inquiry I had and provided all the information we needed in advance to find our way around the house and the property. Beautiful views, steps from beach and pool.

My family spent the week of spring break at this beautifully decorated ,exceptionally clean and comfy condo. This condo was well stocked with all the comforts of home including games for the kids to play. My three children ages 14,12 and 8 loved the ocean views and the pool steps from the deck. Jamee is so hospitable and really has made the condo feel like your home away from home! We hope to return soon to this beautiful condo in the Isle of Palms.

Location, Location, Location!

You can tell that the owners take a lot of pride in providing a great rental property for their guests. The condo was recently updated, nicely furnished and immaculate. Just steps to the private pool and sandy beaches. The condo is located next to many eateries and shops within in minutes of walking distance. The owners were easy to communicate to with and went out of their way to insure we had an excellent stay. We would definitely stay at this rental property again.

Our stay at Jamee's condo was beyond relaxing, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips! The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook meals or snacks, the location was fantastic and the place felt just like home. The condo was clean and updated, with tasteful decor and an emphasis on simplicity with fun beach-themed touches. In fact, we loved the condo and the beach so much we barely left! Jamee was very easy to get in touch with during the booking process, even while she was on vacation! Thank you for everything Jamee, we will definitely be back!

Wedding Weekend

There were 5 of us who met here for a wedding and stayed a couple of extra days. So glad we stayed here even though it was a 30 minute drive to the venue. The condo was so clean and comfortable! All the furnishings were so nice and the kitchen was stocked and ready to cook! The porch and the view were beautiful! The host was exceptional with her communication even before we arrived. We had a small issue on Sunday morning and she was immediately responsive and handled it properly even on a Sunday! Hope to stay here again!

Beautiful spacious condo in a central location

This condo is spectacular; clean, modern decor, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful oceanfront view from balcony on first floor, central to beach, pool, shops, and restaurants. We will stay again for sure. The location is perfect with access to everything. We literally did not have to drive anywhere. Other pluses include cold AC, smoke and pet free, quiet, safe, tv in every room, garden tub in Master, and hearing shag music from Coconut Joeā€™s while sitting on the balcony. Grocery store is 2 minutes away and mall shopping and parasailing were 15 minutes away. You will not regret staying here!

Rejuvenating mini getaway

My wife and I hit the jackpot when we stayed in this gem by the ocean. It was PERFECT! The unit was very clean, well equipped and even had many extras we werenā€™t expecting. Being able to relax and enjoy ourselves was the plan and we did just that. Besides the comfy and beautifully decorated inside, the back porch was the cake topper. The views were remarkable and we loved being able to walk directly off the porch to the pool or ocean. This is beach life at its finest. The owner was so pleasant, attentive, and available at anytime if we had questions. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for the amazing stay!

Amazing Spring Trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in IOP! The condo was spotless and just as described in the listing. The convenience to the beach and pool was appreciated by all! The large balcony was perfect for coffee, lunch and relaxation while getting to enjoy the oceanfront view. After exploring the islands we realized this location was unmatched - walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive to visit Sullivans, Mt Pleasant, downtown and the airport. The host was friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a small issue on arrival that was taken care of immediately. We rented beach chairs and umbrella from ā€œBeach Bumsā€ and Conner was johnny on the spot everyday with set up, highly recommend! Overall great trip, canā€™t go wrong with this condo!

Direct Access to the Pool and Beach

Can walk from the deck to the pool or beach, not all units have this direct access. Loved this unit as it is nicely decorated and laid out. Kitchen well equipped for all our needs. Each BR has itā€™s own full bath so privacy abounds. The deck allows for everyone to enjoy a great ocean view as well as hear the sound of the waves. The owners added a special touch to the whole stay by communication as well as certain amenities most people wouldnā€™t think about. This makes you feel like itā€™s your own so youā€™ll want to take care of it like your own.

Relaxing and Comfortable!

The condo is SUPER clean and comfortable. Although it was just me, there was so much space and the home is laid out really well (2 bedrooms and 2 baths in the front). Kitchen had everything I needed, living room was really comfortable, master bed was very soft, and the deck was amazing and relaxing. Rented a beach chair and umbrella from a sweet teenager and he posted it every day right in front of the building, so I could run back and forth to the condo to use the bathroom and grab snacks. Beach is really nice and clean. Needed some sunglasses so I walked across the street to the surf shop. Walked two streets down and got a massage. 5-6 restaurants within walking distance and Harris Teeter is just a mile away or so. Location is PERFECT. Jamee was super responsive and checked in to make sureI had everything I needed. Was such a nice stay and worth every penny!
