One Rhythm Villa is located on the North Coast of the island between Montego Bay and Ochio Rios. Jamaica, the island of ā€œOne Loveā€.

With its stunning natural beauty, endless sunshine and turquoise colored Sea, JAMAICA is a perfect choice for those looking to unwind. Along with delicious food and reggae tunes.
One Rhythm Vacation villa on the Caribbean Sea comes with housekeeper, Ms. Annette OR Ms. Sandra. Ms Annette's chef services are included in the price of the villa. (you purchase groceries, she will prepare meals for you.) She will shop with you , if you wish. The local supermarket also delivers to the villa.

Staff driver, Kirk, is available for airport transfers ($75), Montego Bay, each way. Also any other transportation needs you desire. (fees apply depending on where you want to go.) VIP ARRIVAL SERVICE through the airport, immigration and customs is available for scheduling upon request, $50/person.
Ms Annette awaits your arrival and will enhance your stay in Jamaica.

Just imagine waking to the sound of the sea outside your bedroom, and you realize that your day is about to unfold with a sense of ease and pleasure that only an Island can offer.
The villa is about 80 to 100 feet from the beach. Just a short distance.
'One Rhythm' villa holds a sense of ease and privacy about itself, surrounded with tropical trees and flower gardens.

Part of the allure of a Caribbean vacation is the friendliness of the island people themselves and you will experience this at One Rhythm Villa.
Live music, dance, and local artists are all available for your delight, if you so desire.

Next door, from the fishermans beach, fresh fish and lobster can be delivered to you daily, upon request. The average price for lobster and fish from the fisherman, is estimated at $15 per pound approximately, at this time. This price is subject to change.
On the beach is Julites restaurant where you will get the best fried chicken on the island. Along with the seaside breeze and the pleasure of visiting with Julite herself makes this A true local dining experience.
Also Leroyā€™s beach bar/restaurant and Toddlers bar offers music, drinks and friendly locals. All within walking distance from the villa. You will find that the area is safe and friendly, and we encourage you to enjoy all of it. Spa services available upon request.

This place is incredible! Itā€™s tucked away from the tourism hustle and bustle! Itā€™s so peaceful and quiet. The beach is just feet away! The property is breathtaking. We enjoyed the breeze going through the house with all the doors open. Miss Annette was awesome! She makes the most amazing food! Her banana fritters are out of this world! She is helpful and kind and will do her best to accommodate any requests! (Like finding a tattoo artist to come to the house ) She will make it happen! She cares for all your needs! Kirk, the personal driver is very kind and helpful. He made some amazing suggestions for things for us to do and took us to two amazing Jamaican restaurants. We have never had an experience like this before. Itā€™s worth repeating! Plans to return already in the works! If this place is available, book it! The property owner is very communicative and responds quickly. From the time I booked this trip till the time I left to go home, itā€™s been an amazing experience!

Karen is a great host. Communication was perfect. She connected us with everything we needed: VIP pickup, driver, cook etc. She checked on us multiple times prior to the date, to give us updates. Everyone was welcoming. Ms. Annette is an amazing staff. She made sure the place stayed clean and cooked delicious meals for us. With Ms. Annette, whatever meal you want you will get. She was kind too. She made it feel like home away from home. The property is about 2-3mins walk to the beach. My kids loved spending time at the beach. There isnā€™t much to do in that area especially for a family with young kids but the staff will help you figure out things to do, and the driver will take you to wherever you want to go(different fee). Our overall stay was wonderful. If you are looking for a relaxing time away from work; THIS IS THE PLACE.

Stunning gardens and open air patios made this vacation feel luxurious. Miss Annette keeps this villa in pristine condition, cooks the most amazing food, and took care of our every need. She accompanied us to the all parish market and the grocery store, even sharing her banana fritters recipe with me! Kirk and Pablo made sure we got wherever we needed to go throughout our stay. Barely a minute walk to the crystal clear waters, the beach was picture perfect, and the air conditioned rooms cooled us down as we adjusted to the Caribbean heat. We would absolutely recommend a stay at One Rhythm for an authentic Jamaican experience outside the resort with the wisdom and hospitality of Miss Annette. It was an unforgettable vacation!

Lovely villa! Perfect place to stay and have a real Jamaican experience and Our honey moon. Our beach was the best oneā€¦ beautiful clear blue watersā€¦ got to see 3 stingrays while swimming! no crowds, no restaurant! No noise! Just us (and a few other people) and paradiseā€¦ it was perfect! The house had everything we needed. Ms Annette was a wonderful part of our trip! Made us feel welcome, her cooking was great! I Would highly recommend this place and Ms annetteā€¦ weā€™re sure coming back!

Lovely, but remote and a little different from expected

Communication with the owner was great, transportation was good (though expensive and the cost was not predictable), and Annette, the housekeeper/cook was excellent. The food she prepared was great; I ate more than usual.We did not understand how remote the house is; the nearest town, Duncans, a 15-20 taxi away, offers rudimentary grocery stores but not much else. To do anything much away from the house, expect to pay driver Kirk 50-80, so the cost of a dinner out is nearly doubled.The images led us to believe that the house was right on the beach instead of 2 houses and more than 100 meters away. Not terrible, but a bit of a surprise. The beach was lovely and we met some really nice people, both tourists and locals.I spent a couple decades living in third-world countries, and the local bars/food service was worse than anything I saw there. The one with a rooftop bar was sort of okay, but really basic and the music was too loud to really order. Leroy's was impossible. The fresh seafood was good, but expect to pay Western prices.For excursions, the Blue Hole and Duns River Falls were excellent. The Bamboo Beach Club was worth a visit.

Absolutely loved it

We had an amazing time here in Jamaica. We absolutely loved the property and its quiet location. Miss Annette is just beyond fabulous! Not only did she prepare us scrumptious meals, but she provided everything we needed and asked for during our stay. From arranging a cave tour to borrowing a fishing pole. She made our stay memorable. Highly recommend this place. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Amazing Experience

We truly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Clean and bright with an open air concept. The fresh sea breeze coming through the open doors all day was one of many favorite things that we loved. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! Ms. Annette made the best breakfast, lunch and dinner. She made several traditional Jamaican dishes that we loved. Karen and Ms. Annette also arranged our beach wedding. They had every detail covered from preacher, legal documents, cake and decorations. We had no worries.The walk to the beach took 1 min. We went everyday. We walked along the beach, swam and just relaxed. From the beach, we walked to Leroy's bar and met the locals. It was a great experience!Blue Hole, Martha Brae Bamboo Rafting, and Dunn's River falls were all great! Our driver, Kirk, was always there on time and took us straight to our destinations. He gave lots of local history and made great recommendations. Kirk was excellent.Our host, Karen, was always available by phone, kind, informative and really cared about our stay. I cannot write enough good things about our 7 days in Duncans Bay.Tips:Bring water shoes for hiking the Dunns River Falls - it is amazing! (thanks to Ms. Annette for supplying water shoes for me since I forgot mine)Meet the locals at Leroy's and keep walking down to the next local bar and restaurant - great people!Thanks again to Karen and Ms. Annette for giving us the perfect wedding and honeymoon experience.

Perfect Honeymoon

We had the best week at One Rythm! We were picked up by Kirk at the airport and we used him for the week to explore the island. He was wonderful a very kind man and great driver! When we arrived at the villa Mrs Annett had an amazing authentic Jamaican meal made for us! Every single meal she made was amazing and so delicious! Mrs Annett was the best host for the week. She helped us get massages on our last day and helped us with anything else we needed! I wish she could have come home with us, but we will just have to visit her again.

If want to be pampered and taken care of. Less than 700 feet from the Beautiful bach.

Ms. Annette was an excellent Chef, attendant, concierge, Tour guide, and confident person. She made our stay remarkable and memorable and kept the place spotless. If you book this location, your meals will be served when you want them and presented beautifully. One Rhythm is located within a few steps of the beach. Our host, Karen, made arrangements for our driver, Kirk, before our arrival. The Villa is secluded, so if you want to relax, One Rhythm in Duncan's Bay, Trewany, is the place.

Password was incorrect. TV had no instructions and we could not figure it out. Annette had someone come fix but we were without it 2 days. Ad shows the place sleeps 5 ppl. Shows air conditioning but when you arrive, its in the bedrooms its only for sleeping

Quiet and private

My husband and I chose One Rythm after looking at several other villas along the north coast. We like the fact that it was right on the beach yet private. Pictures on the website also made it seem very inviting. We were also very impressed with all the five star reviews received and how happy the previous guest were with their stay there. On arrival we were greeted by our housekeeper, Miss Annette. She was very pleasant and welcoming, and immediately gave us a tour of the entire property. She had a wonderful dinner they ready And waiting for us. Dinner was great. On our second day Miss Annette went with us to the Falmouth market where we bought fresh produce and meat for her to cook for us. Miss Annette continually went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had all we needed. She did an amazing job with all of our meals. As for the beach, it was very clean and very quiet. We had the beach all to ourselves a couple of times. We definitely enjoyed the time we spent at the beach. The only complaint we have is with the amount of mosquitoes. We had to keep all the windows and doors closed to keep them out. It also limited how late we could stay out in the yard, thatā€™s as beautiful by the way. However, overall, it was an awesome experience and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks to the owner Karen for being so available and willing to meet our requests and needs. Thanks again to Miss Annette for being an awesome host and a phenomenal cook.

Amazing vacation

First off ms Annette is wonderful she was alway on top of everything helping making arrangements for our travels or adventures. Plus wonderful meals. We had two weeks of total relaxation . The water or just laying around relaxing in the beautiful yard. . Whenever I call the host she always answers right away thanks for everything. Beautiful all the way around

I especially favor this location because it is private, quiet and on the seaside.I Love the Sea. When I first came upon this area, it was an instant knowing for me that I would one day be at home here in Jamaica. That was almost 24 years ago. When I first saw the Sea, it was full of so many different shades of turquoise that I could not look away.... so I just sat in gratitude of the beauty surrounding me & took it all in.

One Rhythm Villa opens up to the outside gardens and sitting areas, it is like having a flower garden inside. There is a gentle sea breeze that flows through the villa most all day. There is a tropical feeling of serenity and ease that just seems to linger and embraces the cottage.
