Two bedrooms & Two baths. Sleeps 8 very comfortably with almost 1400 sq ft of living space. you can only book 7 nights, 4 nights, or 3 nights stays. No other form of booking is accepted.

Two Bedroom two bath: you have access to two bedrooms, two baths, a 6 person dining room, a full size kitchen, a living room with fireplace and access to a balcony, two sleeper sofas, washer and dryer and much much more. Minimum of 3 night stay is required


I own multiple time shares at Grand Timber Lounge. Please feel free to email me and I will point you to the other available weeks. You also have full access to all amenities that the resort has to offer no matter which configuration you rent.
The resort is ski in and ski out at peak 9. There is a full service spa on site (of course you have to pay for the spa services). The amenities listed below come with unit and you have full access to,
- Multiple steam rooms, and dry saunas.
- Multiple pools (indoor and outdoor)
- Multiple indoor / outdoor hot tubs.
- Exercise rooms, Pool table, and much much more. You name it... we have it at this resort.

As part of your package you also get access to heated covered parking lot. Now, if you have visited ski resorts often, you can appreciate the cover parking and the fact that you do not have to move your luggage and skies in a blizzard from your car to your room. You also will not have to spend hours clearing snow from your car before driving.
Grand Timber lounge provides a private (not the public bus system that takes forever to come) shuttle service between all 4 resorts, and the bases of peak 7, 8, and 9. The shuttle service also takes you to down town Breckenridge if you don't feel like driving and looking for parking spots.

The resort is ski in and ski out. I have taken pictures of the path you take to ski right to the resort (see pictures). and you can ski out to the bottom of the peak 9 base (ski out will be difficult if there is not enough snow during your stay) You may have to then walk about 50 yards from the edge of the snow to bottom of peak 9 . Access to slopes is from back of building 6 where Christy sports rental is located. This is where you go to rent your skies. There are also lockers that you have access to and can store your skies and not take them back to your room. Bring your own lock if you plan to use lockers.

1- This unit does not have daily maid service.
2- you can exchange towels for clean towels

6- onsite staff to help with check-in / check-out or any maint. issues during your stay
7- It feels more like a hotel stay than a vrbo stay; with the exception of a much bigger place and 1/3 of the cost
