This second-floor, three-bedroom, two-bath, pet-friendly condo with a split bedroom arrangement and open-concept with vaulted ceilings, is ideal for two families. Spacious and bright, with 2 living areas, there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their beach vacation in style! The roomy den with flat screen television is comfortable for family movie night. The kitchens provides everything that you will need to prepare any type of meal. The large dining table and breakfast bar ensure that everyone has a seat for meals or playing board games.
The bedrooms which include a king bed and flat screen television in the tranquil master suite, and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The roomy third bedroom includes 2 twin beds.
This family-friendly unit includes a washer and dryer, so there's no vacation laundry necessary when arriving back home. But we warn you–it's truly hard to leave here! It's conveniently located just across the street from 230 feet of our own private stretch of the shimmering white sands and glittering emerald waters that make Destin beaches famous.

Chateau La Mer is a hidden gem on the Emerald Coast, a family-oriented complex, perfect for a peaceful get-away. With only 58 units, beautiful well tended landscaping, this complex is quite unique. And don't leave Fido behind! There are large expanses of lawn and sidewalks to walk him in the neighborhood or along the boardwak with doggie bag stations included on the property. Walk to Captain Dave's or Kenny D's restaurants or prepare local delicacies on the complex's outdoor grills.. In addition to the private beach, Chateau offers tennis and pickleball, or shuffleboard and a large community pool, which is heated seasonally. The neighborhood clubhouse is available for rent for birthday parties, wedding receptions, family reunions, or baby showers. Shore Dreams has sufficient units in Chateau to accommodate your extended family and friends! Next to the clubhouse is a full laundry facility with new washers and dryers that accept credit card payments. The complex has no through-traffic, so families with children can easily enjoy the quiet neighborhood.
