The living area is newly furnished with a comfortable seating area, wet bar, large HDTV, and a private balcony. The perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunset. The dining area seats 6 while the breakfast bar can accommodate an additional 4. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located off the common areas and shared with the king room on this level. The third floor is encompassed by the master suite and guest suite. The master king suite offers a walk-in closet, private balcony, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, HDTV, and double vanity.
