This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located at Gulf Place Town Center in Dune Allen Beach on the more serene, west end of 30A. Gulf Place offers a variety of restaurants, shops, art galleries, and in the Spring and Summer months there are art classes for the kids at the Artists of Gulf Place. Gulf Place has something for everyone in the family.
This lovely and cozy condominium features 2 king beds and a set of bunk beds, and will sleep 6 comfortably. Condo is very clean and well maintained. 100% recommend to anyone wanting a 30A vacation. Balcony view of ocean is a huge bonus! Location to beach access extremely close. Dune Allen Realty was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely rent this condo again!

The location was great and the unit was as pictured. There were a few cleanliness issues when we arrived, but with some Lysol wipes and a quick run of the vacuum it was fine. Overall it was a great trip.

Second successful vacation.
We love this location. Not only is the condo perfect for our family but the view is my personal favorite. The short walk to the private beach makes our time on Santa Rosa perfect. We will definately be back.

Perfect Stay
The whole experience was perfect. Smooth scheduling and coordination with the rental staff. The condo was delightful - the view was great- rooms comfortable- location convenient. We loved our days in Santa Rosa. Already planning next years visit and are hopeful to book the same condo!

Great Location. Great Stay.
Wonderful condo in a great location at Gulf Place. Was perfect for our family getaway. Very easy access to private beach. Was very clean upon arrival. Also, we like to eat-in a fair amount on vacation and the kitchen had seemingly everything you might need during your stay. The pictures don't do this condo justice. Highly recommend.

Third time is a charm
Our family thoroughly enjoys the convenience and access to the beach when staying at this location. Having a great view to Gulf is one of the reasons we continue to come back. This condo is well stocked for us, more than comfortable for our family, and a place we highly recommend. I would suggest a new washer and dryer likewise the response from the management company could have been improved considering the price tag for this location.

Tasteful Condo!
A great get-away for 2 couples! The configuration of 2 bedrooms with king beds/ 2 bath, W/D, fully stocked kitchen with utensils, cutlery, variety of small cooking appliances was appreciated. We loved the 4th floor patio with ample seating and lovely view of the water and sunsets. Ample comfortable seating for 4 adults inside, too.
The location is perfect for walking to a few nearby restaurants, retail and just across the street from public beach access. The pool to the condo complex was heated but the heating
to the hot tub broken.
Overall, a great visit and relaxing vacation!

A little disappointed
We've been coming to 30A for years and Gulf Place in particular and have stayed in this set of condos before. We had narrowed our decision down to three properties around Gulf Place and chose this one. We weren't aware of ongoing construction or that the property surrounding the condo had become so run down. We could have paid the same amount for the other properties in Gulf Place and not had to deal with the constrution/run down issues. The actual condo seems to have had recent upgrades and was ok, but we feel we overpaid for the week.

Gulf Place group vacay
We are a family of 3 and traveled with another family of 4. This condo was just the right amount of space. We had separate rooms and plenty of personal space. The condo was decorated very cute and beachy. The property management was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions we had. We love staying at Gulf Place because of its location. It’s close to so many restaurants, shops, rental places and more. The view of the ocean is also a huge bonus and the proximity to the beach is just right. A VERY short walk across 30a to our private beach access board walk. The beach is beautiful and WAY less crowded than any public access beach. VRBO is about the only way we book trips now because of its efficiency and customer service. Dune Allen Realty was very easy to work with and took great care of us in response to a couple of questions/concerns we had. Our Saturday-Saturday stay was great and we recommend VRBO, Dune Allen Realty, and Gulf Place for anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful and peaceful beach vacation.

Just as expected
We’ve stayed at the same rental for the past few years. Has a great view and accommodations are perfect for family with three kids.
Just as always, it was relaxing and a great ‘home away from home’.

Gulf Place Caribbean
Great location and lovely view of the gulf. The bathrooms are small and not great for sharing but the condo was well equipped. Coffee maker did not work but luckily Sunrise Coffee is around the corner. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
