Great Vacation and Stay

Marc’s place was fantastic from start to finish. I’ve stayed at many different Condos in Gulf Place Caribbean and Marc’s place was the nicest Condo I’ve ever stayed in. Very relaxing with everything you need for a lovely stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

Everything at the property was well thought out. From the beach chairs/beach toys on site to the children’s games in the coffee table, we didn’t have to bring a lot.

Easy access to Beach

Great Location, right on 30A. Beach access walk right across street. Spacious 2 bedrooms with bunks. Nice accomodations.

Fun place to stay

We enjoyed the location and amenities of this condo. The pools, shopping, and restaurants were very nice and easy to access within walking distance. Clean and updated condo!

We will be back

We had the best time! The property was perfect. Centrally located to everything. Beds were comfortable, sat on the balcony and watched the turtles and people in the am. Beach was steps away and the sand was incredible, water warm. Pool clean and felt really good after the hot sun of the beach. Went to Rosemary for a day, Seaside for ice cream. Stuck mostly to the area because some of the best restaurants were within walking distance. Marc was communicative and on top of things. We loved it so much we are now thinking about buying property there.

Great condo in the perfect location

We had a great time. The condo was clean and updated. There is beach access directly across the street. We have stayed at Gulf Place many times and Marc made us feel right at home and was very responsive to any issues we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter Getaway

The property is just as the pictures listed; very well stocked kitchen and the beach towels were a nice touch. Love the beach access and how close it is to walk to. Very much appreciated the heated pool/hot tub just out front since we were there during winter break. The owner was very responsive when we had a question. Would stay here again!

We will return

Beautiful property with excellent amenities. I always look for a place with a view of the water and this fit the bill. Very clean with comfortable beds and good water pressure. Location close to great restaurants and activities. We will return to this property again.

Great Location, clean, and easy!

Overall really impressed with the location, cleanliness, and ease of access. The owner was great and helped us add on a night and made check in a breeze. The building was undergoing some maintenance so wasn’t as put together as last time we stayed but it didn’t bother us considering all of the other great things about it.

Family vacation

Very accommodating and clean. Everything you needed and more even beach toys. Great location and beach access. Easy parking. Great view from balcony. Suggest mirror in 2nd bedroom. Safety bars and traction mat in guest bath. Maybe some hooks in hallway. Enjoyed very much!

Perfect for familes

The property was great for families with small and tween aged kiddos. We loved the close proximity to the beach and different pools to choose from and the tennis courts. The walkway to tenns courts was super fun and felt very tropical. Condo matched the pictures (expect view was a blocked some by new construction across the street) and had everything needed for a perfect week...except a pizza cutter. :)

Extended weekend vacation

My spouse and I enjoyed our stay so much! The condo is clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect. Easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Shunk Gulley’s is our favorite little spot, and is just a block away. If you like golf, there’s a course within a couple miles. When we needed assistance, it was very easy to get in touch with the property managers. The only one negative comment that we can say is that the beds and pillows were less comfy than we like. However, our stay was very nice and enjoyable.

Outstanding property and Owner

My family and I stayed in this condo during the week of July 4th 2023 and were completely satisfied with our experience. We have rented through VRBO many times and felt that the communication and level of service we received from the owner was far above any experience we have ever had. From the initial booking and throughout our stay, the communication with the owner was quick, kind, and proactive. Marc provided a detailed description of access, amenities, and local attractions that was above and beyond other experiences we have had. The condo itself is clean, spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. The furnishings were comfortable and everything worked well. The location is excellent, with 2 private beach accesses directly across the street and another a short walk to the public beach access in the center of the town. It is only a short walk to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and ice cream. The turtles in the ponds were fun to watch throughout the week and the sound of the frogs from the balcony in the evening was fun to listen to. The pool at the complex is well maintained and was not crowded. The grounds were also well maintained and the complex was surprisingly quiet. We would definitely rent from Marc again, and would recommend this condo to family and friends. Thanks for a great week!

Enjoyable Stay

Traveled for a short stay with my young daughter. The property was very nice and is in a great location. Everything was nice and clean just as pictured in the photos. I'd definitely stay here again in the future. My only complaint was check-in. It was noted that you are not to check-in early under any circumstances. We were a little early, so I was waiting until the 4pm check-in time (which is already a late check-in time to be honest). However, I respected the policy and we parked in the lot and waited. As stated, we were ahead of schedule so we were waiting for about an hour and a half. While waiting, I got a call from management at about 3:50pm stating that housekeeping was behind and that the unit would not be ready until about 4:45-5:00. This was a little annoying because we were already patiently waiting for over an hour. However, we had no choice but to wait. I didn't want them NOT cleaning properly...especially with COVID going on. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Fall Break Beach Trip

We absolutely Love staying in Gulf Place! The deeded beach access, the low volume of people, the safety and beauty are all awesome! The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Marc set us up perfectly for a relaxing getaway. We will be back!

Santa Rosa Breach 2022

We had a fabulous time. Condo was everything! Very responsive host and beautifully decorated unit. Could not have asked for more. Kids got kind of loud last night, so be aware the tenant below is owner who lives their full time. This is our fourth year staying at Gulf Place Caribbean (different units each time). Each have been exceptional. Everything you need. Publix super close and several gas stations near. We ate at Local Catch, Stinkys, Goatfeathers, Pecan Jacks, and Seaside Beach food trucks. Shopped, ate and drank at Grand Blvd and Harbortown Landing. Many late trips for kids to the new Burger King and Culver’s that are close by. Also great car wash Ottos for the day before leaving car cleaning. Guys did Marina fish guided tour for sea bass. Fun filled year!
