8MM Lake view/cove fun! Great for groups-2 kitchens, 3 decks, 2 docks, Sleep 18!

This not your typical Lake of the Ozarks vacation rental. This was our second home until 2019, so you will find personal touches throughout. We now live at the Lake full time, less than 30 minutes from the Landing, so we are available to help at any time.

Vaulted ceiling with a fabulous view of the lake.

You can tube and ski in our FABULOUS cove. We are off the main channel, so the water is calm. Our docks don't rock like main channel docks!

By water, we are less than 2 miles by lake to Camden on the Lake, Alhonna's, H. Toads, Shady Gators, Tap and Grill Lakeside Brew Haus AND Frankie and Louie's!

Our home has a perfect set up for two or more families.
- The upper level has 3 bedrooms (one king and two queens) and a loft with two twin beds and a double bed, two full baths (one in the master) plus a vaulted living area with flat screen TV, full kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances (gas stove) - all new in 2019 - and dining/eating area for 16 and a large laundry room! A total of 3 bedrooms plus the loft, sleeping 10 on this level.
- The lower level features a full kitchen (less a dishwasher), seating for 12 - a dining table for cards, bar tables and chairs, pool table, foosball table and a flat screen TV, a separate TV room with ANOTHER bar, daybed with trundle, plus three bedrooms (one king and two queens), and 1 1/2 baths. A total of 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 on this level
- We have THREE decks overlooking the lake.
- One small deck off the kitchen and screened in porch for a small party of four. There is a charcoal grill off the kitchen deck.
- A large deck off the lower level game room with dining seating for 12.
- A martini deck
- We have TWO docks.
- A single well for your boat (no lift).
- A party dock with bar seating, small fridge, lounge chairs, tables and chairs, a jet ski/PWC lift and a slide!

Parking for 6 cars.

We also have a 5 bedroom home that sleeps 18 on the north shore - 15 minutes rom the dam, and strip - VRBO 2724095, check it out too!

Great location for family gatherings.

Great location on the cove. Beautiful home and had plenty of room for family gathering. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking large family meals. The dock with the slide was great for the kids. We would recommend this house for families.

Golf Trip

Great place to go after a golf trip. We did not spend much time on the deck or dock but the living room and rec room were heavily used. Great time and if you want to hang out after a round, this place is amazing!!

Great Place for a family reunion

We spent most of our time outside thought the inside offers plenty of places for privacy. The swimming dock was a bonus and we made great use of that. Our 19 foot pontoon boat fit nicely into the boat dock. The deck was great for evening catch-ups. And we all left speaking to one another -- enough said

Beautiful house with a great location!

This is a beautiful house with a great location. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were all very comfortable. Our group loves to hang out on the dock and swim. The main dock needs to be updated as there are multiple boards that are deteriorating. If the dock were updated, this would be the perfect lake house!

we were all extremely happy with staying at this Lake House it was extremely spacious and with having double kitchens and double docks there was plenty of room for activities also the house is located in a cove to help with the rough waters when storms come definitely a must see

Lovely home with great views and two decks. The decks need to be refinished and deck stair rails need replacement due to rotting wood. The screened in porch needs painting and updating. The bathrooms need repairs on master bath bench, first floor shower and tub stained and paint peeling above shower. A few of my daughters have VRBOā€™s, the feedback is not meant to be critical, just factual. The home is lovely, but showing signs of needed repairs. The property managers were very sweet. They had a conversation with my husband about the cleanliness of the property and responded with great care and concern. Our family had a wonderful time. Thank you

Family vacation

The property was very clean and spacious. Sandy, the property owner, was very responsive and helpful. If I contacted her, she would immediately get back to me. Loved the dock with the slide. Plenty of room for our group to gather and go swimming. I would recommend this property to anyone going to the Lake of the Ozarks area!

Beautiful home

The house worked out great for our group of 13 adult family members. A lot of the bedrooms were tucked away which gave us privacy. The weather was too cold so we couldnā€™t use the martini bar or the decks. We enjoyed the large living room as a gathering place. The house was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. It met all of our needs and more.

Great property for large family. Party Dock was great. Clean and spacious home plenty of privacy.

Renters were easy to contact and quick to respond but really had no issues or needs really to have to contact. Gave great instructions to enter property, WiFi instructions etc and clean up for exit was easy. Highly recommend home. Traveling in to home a little sketchy neighborhood but nothing owners can do about that their place felt safe.

Second time we have stayed at this house. The toilet on the main floor near the kitchen runs all the time. The main dock with the slide needs repairs.

Friends and family fun at the lake house!

This house had a lot of space for our group of 4 families to spread out and have fun. The game room downstairs was a hit with the teens and we all enjoyed hanging out on the lake. The kitchen is gorgeous and had all that we needed to cook meals for everyone. The location is a bit remote but the views in the 2 story family room are fabulous. Only having 3 1/2 bathrooms presented a slight challenge, and the beds werenā€™t the comfiest, but the amenities and views made it worth it. We had a wonderful time!

House on lake

The property wasn't exactly what I expected but adequate for our group. We had sixteen senior golfers staying at the house. Bathroom arrangements and bedrooms were lacking, but again we made do. Also we had to drive down a gravel road to get to the property. Probably won't be staying at this property anytime soon.

Good stay overall

Property was clean but some corners were a bit dusty. The shower in the principle room was a bit slick (maybe add a rail). We were a bit disappointed with the BBQ. It is not in a usable location, and leaves were not cleared up so it was a fire hazard. We were not able to move the pit. These are small critiques. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great family get away!! We had the best time!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was a tremendous blessing and the owners were wonderful and easy to work with. The home worked perfectly for our 12 family members. Technically the home is 6 bedrooms and a loft, but there is lots and lots of room and will sleep several more.. Thereā€™s is also a nice sitting room that has a twin bed thatā€™s well placed. It worked perfectly for my grandson to be next to his parents bedroom. The access to the lake is wonderful, we were right on the lake and our family spent most of our time on the party dock or in the water. We did bring our cornhole set, which we were able to play on the main deck, it was a perfect fit and our family is serious about cornhole so they measured and everything, lol. We enjoyed our stay so very much and hope to stay again in the future.

Not worth the money

Disappointed. needs alot of updating. Not very clean kitchen especially-Docks are old and need alot of work- holes rusty nails-paint chipping. outside lights did not work.will not stay there again.

Lake of the ozarks

9 adult men, high school friends stayed for 5 nights. Plus was everyone had there own bed and only one room had more than I person. Location was excellent, on the water with boat dock and a separate party dock. Kitchen was modern and Sep kitchen down stairs also helped. Several other small fridges on docks and other areas. Downside is property needs some repairs and upkeep. Several decks and all need new paint and no umbrellas for shade ( temps were over 95 everyday during our stay) one deck had zero furniture. Slide on party dock did not work, lights on boat dock also did not work. A/c and fans worked great. Did not have access to garage and no shade for parking on property in high heat was a bummer.

Code pad was fine, however ever other door on the property was unlocked so anyone could have gotten in !Kitchen Floors sticky on arrivalHad to wash the pots and pans we used before use, they had been somewhatĀ  cleaned, but still had crumbs in them.Hot water tookĀ  long time to warm upDeck is in need of a LOT of care, nails sticking out boards need replacedSlide water is not operationableSpeakers on the deck deck dont work and just need to be thrown in the trashRefigerator on deck worked but had a large dent in it..The dock itself looked like it hadnt been hosed down or cleaned off in ages, we had to wipe down the bar area as there were still drink rings etc on the counter. Behind the bar area had random left items that needed pitched. The door on the area that holds floats etc doesnt close.Jet ski loft doesn't workNo lighting on the steps on way down to the docks and none outside.More then 1/2 of the lighting on the dock is burnt outNo furniture on the 'martini' deck and it sits right in front of another property so you cant hang out there with friends unless you want to disturb the neighbors.The inside areas are ok. Nice to have 2 kitchens and a game area. Slept 15 of us comfortably,Ā  theres an extra pull out bed so we could have had 18 with us but that bed is in an open area.The master suite is very nice roomy with the only nice bathroom so we shared.Ā  Overall if give the place a 4 out of 10 mainly because the outside areas need tons of attention.
