Beautiful 7 Bed, 6 Bath, Huge Dock, Boat Launch @ House, Game Room, Kid Friendly

Perfect location by land or by water, this meticulous home has room for your whole family. 7 bedrooms (including a kids double-bunk room) and 4 pull out sofa beds means your whole family will have the space they need for a great vacation at the lake. We have 6 bathrooms, a game room with a bar, a tiki bar with 65 inch big screen TV on the 4,004 sf dock, and plenty of parking.

There is a PRIVATE, on property boat launch! That's right, no driving around to put your boat in the water. Once in the water there are empty slips for your boat(s) - including a cruiser slip with shore power.

We are a family friendly property that includes a bunk room with personal TV and movies for the kids and an outdoor playset.

Relative to other lake homes, there are very few steps in this home...it is a flat lot perfect for bags or yard games.

Bring your family and enjoy lake like it should be enjoyed.

Family Lake Vacation 2025

Great location and great accommodations! The kitchen is well equipped and the living areas were perfect! There is some deferred maintenance evident, mainly the sliding glass doors, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying ourselves. We are hoping to return next year!

Family vacation!!!

This vacation house was as wonderful as we only dreamt it would be. From how supplied it was, the roominess, to the comfort of the beds, we could not have asked for more.

Dock is spectacular & house is also!

Everything about the property was fantastic. Kids loved diving platform & adults loved nice dock furniture. When we arrived I noticed no Lilly pad & asked & next day manager had a brand new one delivered! I liked the very short distance to the dock. Kitchen had everything- we cooked dinner there every night. Really nice washer & dryer right on main floor. Beds super comfortable. Very clean. Nice furniture. We probably will book it again!

Family gathering

A last minute change landed us with Katelyn. She was kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay tremendously! So many wonderful memories made in a home that welcomed us!

Family fun & togetherness

The house was as pictured, was clean and met our family's needs and expectations. We liked the open room which included kitchen, living room and dining area. We enjoyed the large dock and the space for swimming, lounging and a place to tie up a boat. We had a very good time. Thank you.

Clean up before guests arrive

The two refrigerators at the dock had rotten items and bugs in them. It made the whole dock smell. You would think that for the price of the house that they would have everything cleaned and working. The refrigerator in the garage was hot and took a day to get cold rendering it useless when we arrived

THE Place to Stay

We had a large family reunion and needed plenty of rooms and lots of activities. We couldn't be happier with this house. It has everything you need for a large group including plenty of bedrooms, large kitchen/living room, multiple fridges, amazing party dock right on the water, lots of parking and close to town. The owner could not be nicer and made the whole process easy. We can't wait to come back!

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Craig's property is in a great location and it is a cool house for large families with the BONUS of the children playground. There is a lot of work to do on the house (he needs a new handyman and cleaning crew) and the exterior, but all the essentials worked fine and we had a great stay! We had an issue with the cleaning and Craig dispatched the crew straight away and they resolved the concerns. Thanks for having us!

Great family getaway

Our family of fifteen thoroughly enjoyed everything about this house. There were plenty of bedroom options and the great room had seating enough for all of us to be together at meals. Our favorite activity were the many hours spent on the spacious dock where the kids loved the lily pad and kayaks. We appreciated that there were not too many steps to get down to the lake. The house looked exactly as it does in the pictures. We hope to be back soon .

Great Location

Location, Location, Location. Best part about this place is the location. We took a family trip here - guests ages 2-70. Overall, a wonderful time was had by all and the host was very responsive to all of our questions/needs. It was perfect for what we needed. Didn’t give it five stars because it definitely needs some TLC. It is quite clear that this rental is turned over quickly between guests. If you can get past that part, the rest is perfect.

Outstanding stay on the lake!

Beautiful home in a nice cove off of the main channel. Property is well kept, clean and inviting. Everything a family or large group could want. Giant dock with seating, bar, tv and even a high dive. House has a well stocked kitchen (utensils, pans, etc) laundry facilities and the like. If you stay here and you don't enjoy it and have a good time...you just can't be pleased and should stay home. Our whole family - 3 generations-had a wonderful Christmas gathering here! The house was even decorated for Christmas!!

Well equipped for all our needs.

We enjoyed this house very much. The house had everything we could have needed from a pack-n-play to crockpots and mixers in the kitchen. Very well equipped for all our needs. The older kids loved the pool table downstairs and the ping pong table in the garage. While the littles loved the outdoor play area. I also loved that most of the rooms in the house were all on the same floor. We hope to book this house again in the future. Thanks Craig :)

50th Birthday Boating Stay

My husband has always wanted to boat in LOTO and I gifted him this amazing vacation for his 50th birthday with friends. The home had (3) boat wells & plenty of room for everyone. We used the high dive and the dock bar every day after returning from boating. The weather was near perfect for our stay and Craig was very responsive to all messages. I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking to bring a boat and enjoy all that LOTO has to offer. We did explore the Bridal Caves on the cooler/rainy day and it is worth it. We also explored/hiked the Ha Ha Tonka State Park - Spring Trail Head & enjoyed that as well. Overall, amazing home and terrific visit/adventures in Lake of the Ozarks. Thank you Craig!

Family Celebration for a 75th birthday

The property was a wonderful place for our 12 people, the family room and dining room was excellent to accommodate all of us as we celebrated my sister-in-law's 75th, The docks are great, and we spent lots of time fishing, kayaking (in the kayaks they provided), swimming and having a wonderful time together. My only slightly negative comment is that only 1 of the TV's worked but fortunately it was the family room. I was in contact with the manager all weekend and unfortunately none of the other tv's could be fixed during our stay. But we weren't there to watch TV, so it all worked out. Also, since we were all over 18, having 2 couples stay in the 2 bunk rooms was not the best setup but worked. A fun weekend with lots of good memories. We truly enjoyed our VRBO stay.

Fun and relaxation!

The property is beautiful! The views are amazing, the dock, game room, and deck were all great for hanging out. The bed rooms are as described, and there was more than enough room for everyone to stay. The kids loved playing outside, looking for bugs, fishing, swimming and making smores around the firepit. They were a little disappointed that the playground was not set up since we had been showing them pictures of the property, but they did still play in the gravel where the playground goes and had a blast doing that. We saw the new boxes in front of the house for the replacement playground so it looks like the owner is in the process of resolving that. The water was even warm enough for us to go swimming in early May. Which we weren't sure we would be able to. One thing to note if your traveling by car bring your own beach towels, the house did not come with any and we flew in from CA, luckily my mom brought some down when she came since she lives about an hour away. Also bring your own life jackets, there was only one adult life jacket on site that we saw. Overall we has an amazing time and my CA family and MO family all loved the property and had a great time. We couldnt have asked for a better weekend and we would return to the property! Thank you for the memories!

RESPONSIVE

RESPONSIVE is the best way to start this review. When considering whether to rent, we had concerns about the picnic tables for the dining area since part of our crew are 70+ years old. Craig offered to replace them with tables & chairs. When we arrived they were in fact brand new tables and chairs to make us all comfortable. When we arrived, the anticipated Christmas decorations were not present. Apparently we caught the transition between cleaning services So, we contacted Craig and again he was promptly responsive. The next morning the new cleaning person arrived, apologizing for the prior staff, even though it wasn’t her fault. Extra efforts where made to create a festive setting for our family gathering. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of serviceable pots; pans; utensils, etc. The pantry might contain the world’s largest collection of crockpots (LOL) which we put to good use. While some of the cleanliness level wasn’t perfect, it was good enough and apparently related to the planned transition for cleaning staff. Other pleasant surprises included the fact that the pool table was in good condition and the cues were straight with good tips. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice. The fireplace is not usable. The in-garage parking was great, especially for some of our senior family. The dock is easily accessible and great for fishing. Even a few were caught. It most certainly met all our needs. Thanks Craig
