Welcome to our little paradise in Florida!

Come and enjoy some magic days at our Barra Villa Resort, which is well renowned for its sophisticated and playful atmosphere. The resort consists all in all of 8 lovely apartments and studios with a central, large pool area and backyards.

ROOM NAPLES

sun-drenched accommodation with a large and well-equipped kitchen - bedroom with Queen-size bed - bathroom with shower - short way to the veranda - a touch of Key West in Ft. Myers!

Wooden walls, high ceilings, and white furniture transform the apartment into a very special, magical place. To create an even more cozy atmosphere, we used wicker furniture and decorated the apartment with warm, earthy colors. You can relax in one of the comfy armchairs, enjoying a movie on TV or listening to some music.

The highlight of Room Naples is the unusually spacious, very well-equipped kitchen with a small lounge area. People really enjoy dining in the large kitchen on a comfortable bench or one of the wicker chairs.

The bathroom with shower was equipped with new furniture after the renovation in December 2016. You won´t need to worry about any sheets or covers since we offer plenty of those at the accommodation.

After eventful days, it´s just a short way from the Room Naples onto our porch from which you´ll have a beautiful view through the tropical garden.

It is the 2nd year that I have stayed there. It is convenient to a nice brewpub and grocery store. The downtown area is nearby as well.

Beautiful location and accommodations

I was so pleased to book this studio for my parents when they came to visit from Canada. They were delighted with the location convenient to downtown and loved having coffee on the front porch in the morning. It's a great spot we'll likely book again - thank you so much!

Nice Place for a 2 week stay

The kitchen was well equipped for eating at home. Lots of places to eat nearby if you wanted to eat out. Bed was comfortable. Area was safe and quiet. It would be nice to have had a place to put my clothes other than my suitcase. I would definitely rent it again.

Fort Meyers stay

We had a nice stay, location was very close to downtown Fort Myers. The Studio was clean and perfect for our stay for 2 people.only downside was the connection on the tv was not good kept freezing up and the bed was hard but the pool was great. We would definitely stay again

Stayed two weeks and loved it. Great location, walking distance to downtown. Two blocks from grocery store and microbrewery. Nice private pool.

Bed to rest your head on. Tv satellite not the best would freeze up so never turned it on again, which was fine for us because we were busy visiting family and the weather was great so we never were really in there but to sleep.

Great Location

15 minute walk to downtown. It’s an older property, with lots of charm . Pool area is nice, very quiet . Could use a table with an umbrella because it was very hot .

Suited our needs

Property was as described. We were moving to Fort Myers sea and needed a place until our house closed. Having a full kitchen was a must have. Although TV reception(antenna for local network stations) was sketchy, streaming was ok.

We are glad that we could accommodate you well for the required time. We have or will gradually replace the TVs in all our accommodations with Smart TVs because we have noticed in the past that, especially, the international guests attaches great importance to being able to stream desired channels and programs.

Outdated property

My stay was cut short for a sudden death in the family. I had to fly home. I was not compensated for 4 lost days. That speaks volumes to me.

First, as the host, we have not been informed of the guest's early departure. Furthermore, we as hosts are not primarily responsible for compensation in the event of personal emergencies. Every guest has the opportunity to insure themselves against all eventualities relating to a trip (which, incidentally, Vrbo also offers its guests). If you have neglected to do this as a guest, you should not take your displeasure out on your host.

Fantastic Location

My husband and I stayed at the Studio Naples for 28 days. We were pleasantly surprised by how great the whole experience was. The home is older, but maintained very well. The beautiful swimming pool is kept clean and very warm. It was never over-crowded so made lounging by the pool very peaceful. We love to walk. We would walk a 3-1/2 mile loop every morning down along the Caloosahatchee River and then would walk back downtown in the evening for dinner to one of the many great restaurants to choose from. It was easy for us to get 15,000 steps a day and we are both in our sixties. The house had everything we needed, from beach towels, blender, toaster, extra sheets, etc. All staff, from the cleaning ladies, property manager, Marlene (sp), to Maintenance man, Ryan, were all so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed sitting on the big front porch in the evenings enjoying a drink for Happy Hour. We loved our trip so much we have re-booked at Barra Villa's for next year.

Lovely location,relaxing and nice renters

Positives 1. restful and relaxing 2. free use of washer and dryer 3. always a place to park. 4.size of rooms adequate 5 replacement of coffee pot and bedspread-appropriately handled. Charity is wonderful and very efficient. Enjoyed her immensely. 6. Easy to make new friends. 7. many nice European visitors. 8. imagination had to be used for storage, but I was creative. 9. well equipped kitchen We would definitely return but would like to rent one that is on one of the islands, near Matlacha? Charity was always at our beck and call when needed. She's a keeper. Please let her know. Negatives 1. washing area needs to be cleaner, machines needed wiping down outside 2. better cleanup of side yard. 3. definitely better chairs needed (Naples apt.) dirty covers also 4. curtains definitely need replacing and were very dirty 5. too many bright lights outside and shine through sides of blinds 7. nice location, handy to downtown

Great place!

This property is a great value. Positives: it was clean, lots of towels, great communication, the pictures are a perfect representation of the property. We were very pleased with our choice. We wanted to get away for a few days on the cheap and we chose well.

Studio Naples

We selected this property because it was close to friends we were visiting in the area and the pool. From the moment we entered the unit we were delighted. The unit was as described and the TV streaming service suited our needs. We loved the area and close walking distance to restaurants and the downtown area. The pool was refreshing and private. Another plus was the free laundry. Only negatives would be the bed was uncomfortable and the outside of the house needs some work. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and cozy

Vacation time inFlorida

Our vacation time was fantastic we really enjoyed the neighbourhood and the quiet atmosphere. The TV sucked, we only had 3 channels and no instructions for using the fire stick. Hopefully that will be fixed before we come back. Hopefully next year.
