Excellent location within easy walking to multiple restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and as described and communication from the hosts was great. The access to a gym and pool were an added bonus! The little Cuban cafe in the lobby with drinks, breakfast and lunch was a blessing when I was working from the apartment and couldn't run out. Would definitely stay again!

The room was extremely clean and had all the things you need for a stay away from home. The actually building had a lot of great amenities as well. The bed was very comfortable & we loved the views from the 10th floor. The building is in a great location so you can walk around downtown very easily. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town and we highly recommend this place!

Julio and Yanet are great hosts. Excellent communication. Very responsive. The lovely little apartment is in an ideal location for convenient walking to downtown. It was perfect for the two of us. We even extended our stay. Parking is free in the attached 3-story parking lot with easy access into the building. Apartment access was easy as well. The lovely kitchen has a Nespresso machine, air fryer, microwave and range along with everything you need to cook. (We opted for restaurants instead because there are so many excellent choices within easy walking distance!) Plus, there’s a great little cafe that’s open 8am to 6pm is right in the lobby of the building. The bathroom is beautiful. The shower has a great over-sized rain shower head and handheld. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. HIghly recommend!

Beautiful property with excellent hosts. Building had AC issues but hosts were amazing and brought out a portable unit and fans. Highly recommend these hosts!!

What we enjoy most is how easy it is to experience everything without needing to drive. Guests can walk to dinner, coffee shops, live music, art galleries, and nightlife while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable retreat inside the apartment. The downtown area also hosts frequent events, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals that make the atmosphere feel lively and welcoming year-round.

One of our favorite parts is the beautiful skyline and sunset ambiance around downtown, especially viewed through the apartment’s floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s the perfect balance between a modern city stay and the laid-back Southwest Florida lifestyle.
