You will enjoy great days right here in one of the best places on earth!

We guarantee the most beautiful sunset of Florida in shiny colors and with the best view, you will ever have.

Our "Fishermen´s Paradise" is located just a few minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico. The house has direct access to the water with its own landing stage. The spectacular view to the west won´t let you spend your evenings somewhere else. The building complex is characteristic of Matlacha - a colorful and creatively decorated accommodation with a fresh touch and lovingly attached details.

The "Fisherman´s Paradise" consists of 5 small and adorable studios. Each studio offers a queen-size bed, an eat-in kitchen, and an own shower bath. A community washing machine and dryer are also available as well as many different seating groups in the spacious outside area.

Look forward to spending nice evenings on the terrace: the sensational sunset will ensure a relaxed atmosphere.

Cute accommodations and fun people

The rooms were clean and cute but the deck/dock area is amazing. and a great place to watch the sun set and meet new friends.

Beautiful rest

I’ve loved matlacha for years now. Looking for a place to stay since the hurricane. And I found it. These awesome pod of studios have everything you want and nothing more. Location was great and quiet. All brand new and comfortable for my wife and I. Staff was quick to respond to questions and owner made a special effort to help our stay be perfect. Will definitely stay again!

I stayed at the Tarpon suite from Jan 6-20 2024. I was very satisfied with the suite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No issues with anything, everything is new and up to date. Exterior area has everything needed to relax, and can fish right out the back door. The only thing it needs is a microwave. I passed that along to the property manager. Thanks for a great stay in Matlacha!

Thank you for your feedback. It is so great to hear that guests could enjoy our Fishermen´s Paradise again. The request regarding the microwave was forwarded to us. However, we deliberately opted for a mini oven with a fryer function for this accommodation. We would be happy if you keep us and our rentals in mind.

This was a cozy little apartment right on the water. The other people staying in the apartments around we're sweet and friendly we had good conversations. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. The shower in the bathroom was very cute and had plenty of hot water. There's restaurants in walkable distance even a little cafe all walkable. Grocery store was a little bit of a drive away about 10 or 15 minutes still not far where we were able to get some stuff to cook at the apartment. We also use the gas grill which was very convenient. I absolutely enjoyed staying here the host responded immediately when I texted. I would love to stay here again possibly with more people in the other apartments to have a group together.

Matlacha Peace

Second time I have had a long weekend here, both times have met wonderful people also staying on property. The location is great, the sunsets are spectacular most nights, and walking everywhere is close and easy. Be prepare to bring or purchase everything you need, like tp, pt, foil, spices, ice, etc..... Would like to keep this my secret get away, and say something negative, but cannot! Really if you like peace, quiet, wildlife and outdoors, you won't be disappointed here!

Very nice to hear you once again felt so comfortable in our little paradise. Since our accommodations are self-catering accommodations we offer quite right only a basic supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.. Further utensils for cooking or the like may not be provided by us due to the current circumstances. However, since there are numerous shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity, this is fortunately not a problem for our guests.

Perfect island vacation home

This was such a great little place right on the water!! Very clean, had everything we needed, and everyone was so friendly. We had an amazing time fishing right off the dock and even got to see dolphins! It was so nice to Just relax away from the tourist areas and get to experience “real Florida” We will definitely be back

Relaxing week of island time

We spent an amazing week at Tarpon Suite! Everything we needed was provided. Property manager checked with us to make sure we were happy. Nice to be able to sit outside and read, see dolphins, and watch sunsets. Great place to unwind. Definitely would return. Thank you Martina and Marco
