Spend the day with your family relaxing at the beach, 3 miles from beautiful Ogunquit Beach, 1.6 miles to Footbridge Beach.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, the large layout allows for multiple families. This wonderful property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 8 guests to spread out comfortably making it the perfect home for a large family or group of friends looking for the perfect beach vacation.

You will feel right at home the moment you walk in with hardwood floors and well appointed furnishings. You will find a stocked kitchen, wifi, cable, games, toys, and books to enjoy inside the house. Outside, the house has a yard area with chairs, fire pit and grill. We provide a beach cart, beach chairs, cooler, and toys for your days on the beach. You will not find a more perfectly located vacation home.

By choosing this home for your vacation in Maine you’ll create lasting memories for your family.

Cute House in the Woods

Very nice house located in a wooded area, close to the beaches and attractions. We enjoyed a long weekend here. The house has spacious bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed using the outdoor grill and fire pit. The three bathrooms were a plus. The master bath could use a window covering for more privacy. The kitchen and living room area were very nice and open. The kitchen was stocked well with all the dishes and utensils you would need. Overall it is a very nice location and we would recommend staying here.

Peaceful retreat

Very spacious and tidy house. Short drive to Ogunquit beaches and restaurants, Marginal Way, and the Ocean Ave scenic drive in Kennebunkport is just a little further. Firepit was cozy. Amazing stars at night. Would definitely stay here again :)

Pictures don’t do it justice

The picture truly does not give this property its justice. The house is beautiful and spacious. My family were very comfortable without feeling like we were on top of each other. The open concept living area to hangout with the family was awesome. Great property to stay at.

Quiet and comfortable

This was a very nice cared for and spacious house in a quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for our family of seven. I loved that it had 3 full baths, so beneficial for getting ready for dinner after a beach day. Everything was within minutes away by car. It was well worth the price!

We had a great time at this house. The fire pit, grill, and deck, were all really nice, and it was an easy drive to everything nearby!

The Good and the Bad

Location was great. The 3 bathrooms were a bonus. The house was spacious. The keyless entry was helpful. Even tho there was a review dated in August, we felt the house had not been used in quite some time. There was a musty smell to the house, cobwebs in corners and spiders in the bathroom. Back deck was coated in accumulated pollen. The water smelled like sulfur and sewage. It did improve after 2 days. But we used bottled water to rinse toothbrushes and ate off paper plates. The towels and wash clothes were stained or bleached. Something I would use for cleaning rags at home. The firepit was full of water and was a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Had a little bit of effort been made, the house would have been enjoyable. Also we were charged the full security deposit at the time we made the reservation. I've never actually been charged a deposit, usually just a hold put on a credit card. I wasn't prepared for that expense on top of the full amount due when booked 6 months out. I would not stay here again and would encourage you to find somewhere else to stay while enjoying the Maine coast.

I would like to respond to the negativity of this review which I believe is unfair. Our home is professional cleaned after each and every visit. The house was cleaned 2 weeks prior to your stay. As you can see from the previous reviews the home is well kept and very clean. In terms of the water in the fire pit. Prior to your stay we had a lot of rain, I can't prevent mother nature. We have professional landscapers come every Monday/Tuesday they also cleans the patio. I was there the weekend after your stay and there was no pollen on the deck. The security deposit and charge for staying in the home is what VRBO does automatically. I can't change the policy on this as everything is setup to be automated which was explained to you when you inquired.

Clean and Great Location

Our former rental called us THREE days before our booking to cancel because of a plumbing issue so we were quite frazzled. Luckily, we found this home and were so happy it worked out! Perfect quiet location and close to the beaches - not walking distance but a very short drive. Spacious, clean home. It was a huge convenience that sheets and towels were provided so that way we didn’t have to pack extra luggage. I loved having the washer and dryer there because when we get home all we have to do is unpack and put things away - the dryer didn’t dry that well but better than nothing! I loved having three bathrooms for our family of six - I couldn’t imagine having one bathroom like the other rental had. My only suggestion would be to provide an extra trash barrel - there was only one and given we stayed for a week it filled quickly. Overall we would definitely rent again! Thanks Peggy!
