There is a gas grill accompanied by a beautiful shady maple tree that keeps the deck cool after a long day at the gorgeous beach down the road. Additionally, there is a large smart 55-inch TV in the living room, air conditioning, and it's conveniently close to everything - the beach, bay, restaurants, and shopping. Centrally located, it offers easy off and easy on access to Long Beach Island.
It boasts a new kitchen along with all appliances except a dishwasher. The kitchen features quartz counters, an electric cooktop, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. Internet and cable are included, with Netflix capability on the smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances, including a toaster, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, making it perfect for entertaining.

Additionally, there are two new outdoor showers that are large and provide ample hot and cold water. Long Beach Island has so much to offer, including marinas with water toys, beautiful beaches, miniature golf, Fantasy Amusement Park, and much more. Many restaurants are within walking distance, and our gorgeous beach is just 2 blocks away.
