Beach Chic LBI Apartment- 1 Block from Beach

Summary:
Gorgeous 2 bed/1 bath apartment one block from the beach in Ship Bottom, LBI. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, and mini golf.

Summer 2025 season begins the last week of June to first week of Sept with 7 day minimum.

The Space:
Open floor plan kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a king bed with a closet, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

This apartment (Apartment A) is on the 2nd story and requires 1 flight of stairs to access.

Shared spaces (common areas) with our other apartment across the hall:
-Washer and dryer is in the front foyer
-outdoor shower and beach chairs (located under the stairs going up to the apartment)
-small outdoor space in the back of the building which includes a picnic table, adirondack chairs and charcoal grill

The Neighborhood:
Less than a mile from the causeway ( route 72)
One block away from Faria's surf shop
One block from Heartland Golf and Arcade
Walking distance to the Port Hole restaurant/bar and The Pancake House

Other Things to Note:
We do not have any designated parking spots; however, there is free street parking all around the area.
