The 6 Bedroom, 5.5 Bathroom Island “O'Aces” has its own large private (optional HEATED) pool & direct beach access with one of the shortest boardwalks to the beach in Port Aransas. We have boogie boards, beach and pool toys. (bring your own life preservers and always provide parental supervision as there are not lifeguards at the pool or on the beach).

As you walk into the front door, you'll be 'wowed' by the beautiful Caribbean stained concrete floors with 'Island' feel throughout.
Before getting to the Game Room to the back of the house, you'll pass by the laundry room, your first floor master, secondary bedroom and bathroom with full tub/shower.
The Kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and a 3 in 1 Game Table to play Bumper Pool, Poker or Dine.
The Game Room offers comfortable leather seating, a 55" SMART TV and DVD Player.
The entire Game Room overlooks the patio and private pool out back which is where the 'O'Aces' in our name came from (a play on words to point out the pool out back and the multiple card tables). There is an outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the pool.

The second floor offers 2 Private Masters at the front of the house and powder room. The middle and back of this floor is wide open and Grand in size!
The 12 foot dining table seats 14-16,

The Poker/Craps/Dining table seats 8

With this size crowd, we've included a double oven as well! There is a convenient computer nook in the back corner to stage your laptops, tablets and charge your cell phones. The living room offers a comfortable leather sofa, love seat, 2 chairs, a 60" SMART TV & DVD Player.

The 3rd floor simply includes 2 more secondary bedrooms each with their own SMART TV that share a full bathroom. The bathroom has 1 sink but 2 separate vanity areas.

Each full bathroom has built in 1875 watt hairdryers for your convenience. (2 hair dryers in the 3rd floor bathroom)

The Island O'Aces is a fully furnished Beach House that includes everything you need for the kitchen, bath towels and bed linens. With the 3 master bedrooms and 3 secondary bedrooms, it's perfect for multiple families.
