The home is located in a quiet part of the Villas only a couple houses from the Delaware Bay, and 10 to 15 minutes from historic Cape May or the Wildwoods.

The home is two stories with 5 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms and SLEEPS 10.

There are 2 bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths on the first floor. Also on the first floor is a living room, brand new kitchen, washer and dryer, and family room.

The second floor has 3 more large bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Bedroom 1 on 1st floor has a queen bed, large closet and is equipped with a 40-inch flat screen Smart TV.
Bedroom 2 on 1st floor has a twin bed and also has a large closet.
Bedroom 3 on the 2nd floor has one queen bed and one twin bed and a 32-inch flat screen Smart TV
Bedroom 4 on 2nd floor has one queen bed and a flat screen Smart TV
Bedroom 5 on 2nd floor has one queen bed and a flat screen Smart TV

The living room has a sofa and chair.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator / ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, blender, mixer, coffee pot, place settings for 10, pots, pans and slow cooker.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer , dryer, iron and ironing board.

The family room includes 2 sofas, chairs, 50-inch flat screen Smart TV, dining table for 6.

The home has high speed internet / wifi. All Smart TVs are equipped with Roku. You can connect / logon to your account to your favorite Streaming Services. There is also a DVD player in the living room along with a library of DVD movies for your enjoyment.

Central air conditioning throughout.

There is a beautiful deck off the family room with a 6 person hot tub.

We also provide beach chairs and umbrella for your trips to the beach

A beautiful deck awaits you in the private backyard. Take a relaxing dip in the 6 person hot tub. At night, view the stars from the privacy of your lit up hot tub. The backyard is fully enclosed in privacy fence. A great place for your dog to explore.

The beach in Villas is the Delaware bay beach a 3 to 5 minute walk from our home. The Villas beaches welcome dogs all year long. The beaches are great for walking your dog, relaxing at the beach, fishing, or kayaking.

Cape May and the Cape May beaches are about 7 miles away ( 15 minutes ). Beach tags are required Memorial Day through Labor Day (We provide you with beach tags). See all the historic Victorian charm that Cape May has to offer. Shop at the Washington Street Mall, eat at the many restaurants, walk or bike through the Victorian streets, stroll the beaches, kayak, and take in all the beauty of this remarkable town.

The beaches at Wildwood are also about 8 miles (15 minutes) away. Beaches are always free in the Wildwoods. Visit the beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, Wildwood nightlife, shows, amusement piers, water parks and everything else the Wildwoods have to offer. Wildwood now has a large dog beach.
