Our home is located across the street from the bay and minutes to historic Cape May. The house is bright, comfortable, and quiet with beautiful new furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen. Sunsets and the bay are just the start; all that the Jersey Shore and Cape May have to offer is at your fingertips. Explore nature reserves, restaurants, shopping, breweries, vineyards, golf, and so much more. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and dogs.

The bay is in perfect walking distance. Anytime we were on the beach we were the only ones. Super quiet nice neighborhood. The house is in perfect location and close to everything ranging from 4 Mintues to 25. We had a 4, 8, 10, 13 year olds with us and there was plenty of space and toys for them to spread out and play.

We had a wonderful end of summer get away with our family and granddaughters. The house was clean and had everything we needed including decent beach chairs and umbrellas.

Amazing Property Just Steps Away from Sunset

This stunning beachside home offers breathtaking sunsets every evening, making it the perfect escape for relaxation and inspiration. Immaculately clean and impressively spacious, it combines comfort and elegance just steps from the shore while we made amazing family memories.

We loved our stay here. So close to the local beach (not swimmable, and def recommend bug spray) but we played games, fished, watched sunsets, met some locals- and their dogs! Tons of food options locally. (Most do not take reservations, FYI. Some are BYOB only). The house has so many options for chairs, beach toys, etc. My only big wish- an outdoor shower, and an ice maker (we survived making our own)! Maybe for future years. :) Other than that the hosts were responsive to all our pre-trip questions, the house was clean, we had enough room, and we truly loved our stay.

Peace, Comfort, and Sunsets

We have stayed at this location four times and frankly can't imagine staying elsewhere. The house is well-appointed and comfortable, and the views of the bay from the decks and screen porches mean you never have to go to the beach to enjoy the sun, the breeze, and the amazing sunsets. However, you--and your dog--WILL want to go to the beach that is mostly deserted. The people and dogs you do meet will be invariably friendly. We have already booked our next stay at this great place with attentive and accommodating owners.

Great house in a great location

This was the third year we stayed at this wonderful beach house within walking distance to the Delaware Bay. In the words of my 3 year old grandson, "This is a beautiful home.'

Gem in quiet beach block

We had a great week, the house was perfect for us. The location was central to all we wanted to do. Short drive to Cape May, Wildwood and our favorite Hawk Haven Winery.

Great Location and Amenities

We had a great visit at the house. Close to Cape May and short walk to the bay. House was perfect for our extended family visit. Well stocked kitchen for us to cook a great Thanksgiving meal. Highly recommend when visiting Cape May!

best beach house

We loved the house at we stayed in. It was clean, practical , , well stocked , with good views on the top level. there were stairs, but we got use to them and appreciated the views on the top floor. There were beach chairs, kid sand toys, stair gate for little ones... We are planning on going back next year. Best beach house ever!

Perfection

This was our second time staying at this property, and I certainly hope there will be more visits to come. It is comfortable, roomy, well-stocked, and perfectly located. There is no need to go anywhere else to visit the beach or catch the magnificent sunset. But if you want to leave paradise, Cape May shopping and dining is a short drive away. We enjoyed the beauty and quiet of this neighborhood, as well as the “regulars”, who are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and so, for the most part, we stayed put, on “our” beach or on one of the numerous decks or porches. The hosts are responsive and easy to work with. I’m already looking at the calendar for next year.

August 20th-27th

The house was amazing ! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and spacious enough for 6 adults,1 child, and 2 large Labrador Retrievers. The best part of this house is location bc it is literally steps to the bay beach and has all the amenities you’ll need such as, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, strollers. House is comfortable and beautiful! Definitely can’t wait to stay here again…

Fantastic venue

This was the second year we stayed at this property. The house is clean, well organized, and welcoming. The owners are spectacular: accessible, responsive, and friendly. Only wish there was an outdoor shower. I hope to have more memories there in the future.

Great vacation at Mia Casa

We have stayed at the same property for 10 years and it was no longer rentable. We decided to try this house and can not be more thrilled we found it! Amazing location, beautiful house, all of the amenities you need. We will definitely be staying here again. The porches were my favorite part.

Our family stayed comfortably in this spacious, beachside gem. The grandkids loved the bunk room and how close the beach was! The screened porches were a great place to hang out for sunset views. A quick hop to Atlantic beaches, too!

Perfect Vacation!

Where do I start!! The description of the house was spot on! Everything about the house was perfect and more. We enjoyed the access to the beach, the sunsets, the closeness to Cape May, the quietness of the neighborhood, and the sounds of waves coming into the shore all night. This was the perfect place for a vacation! I will be back!
