The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The indoor hot tub was perfect - clean and easily accessible. The location is great - conveniently close to lots of hiking, Woodstock, Kingston, and Saugerties. Mirav was a jovial and responsive host. Absolutely loved our stay and will absolutely be staying again!

This is the second time we've stayed at Mirav's home, and it is a delightful place to relax. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fantastic. Spacious, well-equipped, with plenty of counter space, and an excellent stove. We prepared our Thanksgiving feast there. I love the fireplace, and looking out at nature while relaxing in the hot tub was a highlight. Mirav is very responsive to questions and has a good sense of humor. We hope to stay there again soon.

Very cute and comfortable house in the woods, but close to Saugerties, Woodstock, and all that the Hudson Valley and Catskills offer. Fireplace and hot tub for winter; decks for the other seasons. Host is a great communicator & very easy to work with. We liked it!

Wonderful country getaway

We always enjoy our stays at this lovely home on Blackberry Lane. The house is spacious, well furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, but there are also great restaurants a short drive away. Take a coffee out on the back deck and listen to the birds!

Relaxing getaway

Super Amazing Stay

This place has everything that we were looking for! The hot tub is great, the property is beautiful, the place was very well maintained and clean, the price was within the range we were looking for and the location is perfect! Fabulous home with great indoor hot tub!

Mirav was always available to answer any questions we had about her fabulous home! You don't need to bring anything except food to cook as everything you need (including condiments and spices) is available. My spouse loved using the super hot outdoor grill. We enjoyed the amazing hot tub in the enclosed porch every nite (extra towels were available to use), great after our daily hike. Location is 9 minutes from the center of Woodstock, and 30 mins or less from all the hikes that we wanted to do! Beautiful wood floors, comfortable bed, warm comforters, great outdoor deck with anti gravity chairs, and nice table and cushioned chairs to eat out on. We saw lots of stars from the deck! Kitchen had everything including large dishwasher, 2 sinks! And nice large washer dryer too! I will definitely rent this house again and will highly recommend to family and friends!

The property was peaceful and extremely clean. In addition, to my surprise, there was a lot of art and decor throughout the unit that was actually quite interesting and unique. This was a special place. :)

March get-away

Really nice, clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Wonderful to have a hot tub on the glass-enclosed porch, perfect way to end a day out hiking in the snow and ice, or shopping and strolling in pretty nearby small towns. Very convenient to both wilderness hiking and the restaurants and boutiques of e.g. Hudson, Saugerties, Kingston, ...

Lovely Catskills Hideaway

Our stay here was idyllic! The house was clean, very nicely furnished and cozy. It felt secluded and peaceful, yet was within a very short drive of Woodstock and Saugerties. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans and utensils. We have stayed at many locations in the Catskills and this was one of the best! I look forward to coming back again soon!

My Dream Thanksgiving Come True

My partner and my son, who lives nearby, had an unforgettable holiday at Mirav's super-comfortable home. She's incredibly communicative — my questions were answered in minutes — but I had very few. We settled in immediately to our spacious surroundings; warmed ourselves by the fireplace and cooked a delicious Thanksgiving meal in her roomy and well-equipped kitchen. There are even plenty of spices and condiments on hand, so you don't have to buy or bring an entire kitchen's worth of ingredients for your stay. We loved the creative and cozy design of the house — especially the reclaimed wood kitchen bar where we enjoyed our morning coffee. WiFi and TV streaming options were great, too. We didn't get to use the hot tub, but it has a nice view of the wooded area that surrounds the property. Thank you, Mirav. We look forward to returning.

Good getaway

My husband and I were here for just a couple of days, but would have loved to stay longer. It is secluded enough without being too far from things you might want to get to, like shops and restaurants. It was good for staying in and being cozy, too.

Lovely, relaxing country home

Our week-long stay in August found butterflies and birds flitting around the flower garden. We enjoyed watching them from the deck, where we often had breakfast or dinner cooked in the spacious well-equipped kitchen. We love this comfortable house!

Lovely country home

We enjoyed a return visit to this clean, well equipped and comfortable home in a beautiful country setting. Hummingbirds and butterflies stopped by the flower garden. We ate breakfast and dinner on the deck and enjoyed the A/C when it was hot at midday. Woodstock and Saugerties restaurants are close by. Overall, excellent stay!

The house is an advertised- clean and all amenities. Deck was a great place for breakfast and for reading. Mirav was great and so responsive ( we didn’t have any problems).

Relaxing Stay

Very relaxing, secluded, great hot tub, enjoyed hearing the ducks in the pond near the house. Great location between Saugerties and Woodstock. Kitchen well stocked. Would recommend to others.

This was our 3rd house we've stayed at the houses are always clean and beautiful. Location is private but close enough to shops and restaurants. The hot tub was perfect and clean! The only thing on this one was across the way they are building a house. They were respectful but you may get some noise which I wish I just was told. But house is a 10!! We will staying at the houses again! 😁

Charming getaway for R&R

Communication with property owner was great and responsive. Check-in process was easy. Property was clean. Has many charming craftsman touches. Hot tub was the amazing bonus and in enclosed porch for easy and private access. Very quiet location but near all amenities. Restaurants. Shopping. And everything else.
