The primary bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and includes an en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and has access to the shared hallway bathroom.

Parking: There is parking for 1 car in the common area garage with electric car charging and 1 car outdoors. There is no parking allowed on the complex streets.

House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed at the unit and is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
