The hourly shuttle to Winter Park Ski Resort stops near the main entrance. An ideal family condo that accommodates up to 9 guests, it is located next to the Fraser River, offering access to hiking and mountain biking trails in the warmer months and snowshoeing in the winter.
The main level boasts hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, countertops, and cabinets, as well as a dining room. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and access to the large private deck with mountain views, outside dining area and BBQ grill.
On the main floor, you will find the primary and second bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and flat screen TV. The updated full bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms. A small nook area is perfect for storing jackets, shoes and boots after outdoor activities.
The upstairs loft area offers 2 double beds and a separate bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom.
