Walking distance to the beach with access to Cavo Maris hotel’s fine restaurants and activities. If you fancy a stroll through greenery along the beach line a path that starts from the villa takes you to a nice beach front walk experience along the finest beaches of Protaras.

The flat has floor to ceiling front and back openable windows with back and front terraces and a large master bedroom terrace that provides amazing unobstructed views to the beach.
