Great Place to Stay Near Kona

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place to stay for a large group. Comfortably slept all four couples in our group in private bedrooms. Kitchen was very well equipped. A lot of extra toys/beach chairs in the carport were a welcome surprise. Very spacious and clean space with a nice view of the ocean. A quiet neighborhood (except the Coqui frogs). The host was super proactive and communicative before and during the stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family members here to support brother/brother in law on island to compete in IronMan Triathlon. he resided in side apartment to give him space to focus and recover. His brother and sister plus spouses stayed in main house. Communal areas were very spacious and house peaceful and quiet until sunset. Sunsets were beautiful and Coqui's were quite loud, but we learned to enjoy their music. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back someday.

The house was great and had everything that we needed. It was close to beaches and shops. The host was great for check in and check out and was available and responded promptly when questions were asked. Over all this was a great house and great place to stay.

BEAUTIFUL!! (But hot)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house. Beautiful landscaping. Clean. Perfect for a large family or big group. Close to everything. Company professional. A hot tub! (But way too hot outside to use) All of that is 11/10. The only downside, and it was unfortunately a big one, was they only had air conditioning in the bedrooms. So the large kitchen/family room/bar area (where we all hung out) was miserably hot. We bought some fans to keep the air moving but it didn’t help a ton. It’s Hawaii.. I know they can’t cool everything.. it was just a bummer to be a bit miserable while hanging out in the group areas. It made everyone want to stay in their rooms.

The Breeze was as advertised - breezy and light-filled with nice views. We sat out on the deck by the hot tub and watched the lunar eclipse! A/C in the bedrooms worked great and beds were comfortable. We used the extra suite off the carport and it was nice to have a separate bathroom and kitchenette.Owner was very responsive. would definitely stay here again.

Rooms stayed nice and cool, Kitchen was stocked with plenty of helpful items. Great layout of the house, so much room for hanging out. Great location as well, so close to the beach and shopping and restaurants. Lots of parking at the house as well. Would recommend to anyone coming to Hawaii! Thank you for a beautiful place to stay.

This house worked very well for our multi generational family vacation. It was clean, inviting and close enough to the beaches and places we wanted to see.The ice maker is not working in the freezer and the mini suite had a discoloration on the TV screen.Other than that everything worked.

Great place to stay. Being from Texas we wished it would have had more air conditioning, but we survived. Very clean.

Fantastic Vacation Property

We thoroughly enjoyed the house, neighborhood and location. This vacation property is in a quiet neighborhood with hiking trail nearby. All the amenities of Kailua and easy access to multiple beaches, making beautiful memories.

Great times!

My family had a great time. Wide open communal space was very nice. Hot tub and grill were a great touch. A little further from the stores and beach than ideal but close enough.
