We hope this review does not deter anyone from staying in our family’s home. We take pride in our home and your family’s stay in it; from the cleanliness, available amenities, and ensuring we are available via phone or in-person to assist you to create the best stay possible. Throughout the years of utilizing VRBO to share our home, we have had nothing but positive feedback and many recurring guests. Unfortunately, not every guest has the best intentions when utilizing VRBO. To address the statements in this review I would like to say: We personally clean the home between each stay (this includes everything from the bedding to the little details throughout the home/outdoors). I personally inspect, wash, dry, and remake each bed. So a fresh blood stain is not something I would allow when freshly making a bed. To be completely honest, we have never dealt with a mess quite like what we encountered after these guests. This is the first time we have ever kept a security deposit. From stains, to dirt, to ruined furniture, and complete disrespect to our home.
