Relax and enjoy our newly updated, beautifully decorated 3 Br/ 3 Ba luxury ocean block Townhouse, (2014) which has a 2 car garage on 16th street. The end unit luxury townhouse is less than a 2 minutes walk from the beach and the boardwalk in a prime Downtown location. Enjoy beautiful sunrises Ocean View from two private balconies and drink coffee from Starbucks Coffee across street. Within walking distance are great restaurants/bars, mini-golf, shopping, amusements, and nightlife.

We gladly welcome you to bring your furry family member(s) up to two house-trained and well-behaved dogs or cats to our unit year-round to enjoy the beach and boardwalk with a one-time Pet Fee of $95 per stay.

However, please note that per Ocean City's pet policy and regulation, dogs are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk from May 1 to September 30.
They are permitted between October 1 and April 30.

Unattended pets must be crated.

The Space

This townhouse has an open floor plan and two private balconies that are overlooking the excitement of downtown Ocean City and is the perfect place for you to entertain family and friends.

After waking up in the morning, you can walk right out to the boardwalk for exercise or rent a 4-wheeled bicycle with family or friends and drive around the boardwalk or sit out on our two balconies to enjoy the cool ocean breeze and drink a coffee from the local Starbucks just across the street with your family and friends to create beautiful memories.

It is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and central air conditioning unit.

This townhouse has all the modern conveniences, a gourmet kitchen with granite counter and SS appliances, a flat-screen TV in every room, free high speed Internet WiFi, High Definition cable TVs, DVD player.

***Linens and towels are not included in the rate but can be rent from a third party online. Should you decide NOT to rent Bed Linens & Towel Packages through a 3rd party, you must bring your own Bed Linens & Towels with you.

The spacious living room is furnished with a comfy couch, a matching love seat, an armchair, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Also off the living area is a bathroom. Next to the dining area is a fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and wide, granite counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bunk bed w/ trundle. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed w/ trundle and access to the hall bathroom.
