You have the entire unit for yourself. Lots space for out of town executives, UAB related business travelers or students, families for extended visits, wedding groups, Robert Trent Jones Golf groups, and events. Adorable home built in the early 1900s houses three apartments. There is downstairs unit, there is not upstairs tenants. This historic studio apartment has been fully renovated, features original hardwoods, abundance of natural light, massive large queen size bed, large Fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Private full bathroom with washer and dryer. Large fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances. Cleaned bed and bath linens provided, flat screen Smart TV, premium speed wifi, etc. This is a very nice, clean, and fully equipped and furnished large studio apt. A chance for at-home feel for the price of a five stars hotel.

- Brand new beautiful and comfortable bed sheets, pillows, duvets. All mattresses covered with high quality mattress pads.
- Three size towels, body wash, hair dryer, etc provided.
- Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, range oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, 12 cups drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, etc.
- Living room equipped with 50" Smart flat screen TV that allow connection to Youtube, Netflix, Hulu, Slings, CBS, Vimeo, social media sites and etc. for thousands of movies and entertaining programs.

If you are looking to stay in the heart of Birmingham within just one block short walk to UAB, restaurants, etc. without paying premium price, and won't mind the slanted ceilings and walls, this studio apt will be the one for you. Our 100+ years old vintage house that has been totally renovated into 3 units apt. house. We cannot help with vintage plumbing that might be drain slow sometimes. Please keep in mind it is an older house which might come with small creaks and what not. We cannot control how other tenants' behavior breaking our house rules such as smoking or making noise, etc. even though this is very quiet, none smoking property. The entire property is none smoking, Pet free building.
Occupationally we make exceptions to allow pets or visiting pets. $250/Pet non-refundable fee will be requested after reservation confirmed. Pets are NOT allow to get on the beds, furniture, sofa, etc., Pets must not roaming around without attendants. You are required to clean up after your pets. $500 fee plus the cost of damages will be charged if any violation of these terms found at property.

Large front porch is shared with all residents from the three apts. Apt 1 entrance at porch is off limit. No music or loud party at front porch please, please respect the quiet hours 9PM-8AM, smoking is ok at front porch or side patio with door closed. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged back for smoking inside any rooms.

Check in time is at 4PM and after. We won't be able to know the early check in availability prior to your check in day morning due to instant booking and you will be notified if it is available. $50 early check in fee will be requested for any early check in before 2PM.
Please note that check out time is at 10 AM, prior approved late check out without additional fee is 11AM. Late checkout without prior approval from 10:15 AM-noon will incur a $50 penalty, noon-2PM will incur a full one night stay rate penalty.

We have full bathroom with shower, no bathtub.

There are 3 half flights stairs plus one full flights of stairs since this studio is on top floor without elevator, you may check our listing photos for more details.

Since our apt is in this three apts property, you might hear noise from down stairs sometimes.

Being in the city and surrounded with all the convenience, if you are not a city person or never lived in a city, you might experience a bit of noise from the street or people from the park cross from our house occasionally when everything quite down.

Parking is not assigned and it is free on the street.

We do not provide cable for TV, but we do have smart TV that allow connection to websites like Youtube, Netflix, Hulu and Vimeo and social media sites. Smart TV and High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to be part of vrbo agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service and smart TV.

We are not responsible for damage or loss to any personal items at our property. Unclaimed guests items will be donated to shelters or trashed within 24 hours. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. If you need your items to be mailed to you, postage and handling fee of $25 must be prepaid to us on vrbo and mailing address must be sent to us on vrbo. Please contact us details.

**Reviews are not required for booking our property, however if you had any reviews that is under 4 stars, security deposit must be paid upfront within 48 hours after booking. Security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after checked out if there is not claims or breaking our house rules.
