Perched above Kinsmen Beach overlooking the north shores of Lake Windermere, Heron Point condos deliver amazing lake views. The south-facing pool and sun deck is a favourite spot in the summer months. This two bedroom condo suite is fully furnished with many amenities including gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and patio furniture. This complex is located 2 blocks from downtown Invermere and is walking distance to Kinsmen beach which features a kids' play park, splash park, volleyball court, and much more. Some of the nicest golf courses Canada has to offer are 15 minutes from our door. We are proud to offer the longest skating trail in the world! We are also 25 minutes from the base of Panorama Ski resort.

You can walk to downtown Invermere to quaint friendly shops or relax on our deck overlooking Lake Windermere with outstanding, panoramic mountain views. We are also a short drive to Radium Hot Springs or Fairmont Hot Springs. Lots of mountain hiking and biking trails.

This spacious 890 sq ft townhouse condo just off the lake in gorgeous Invermere nestled in the Canadian Rockies of British Columbia. A scenic 3 hour drive from Calgary or about 1.5 hours from Banff.

We take pride in every detail. The bedding is luxurious, the décor is aimed at helping you relax and get in the zone of the laid back lake & mountain lifestyle.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, a dining room table with seating for six, a king size bed in the master with ensuite and queen size bed + fold out gel memory foam single bed in the second room with attached full bathroom. The layout is living room, kitchen/dining, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and one spacious deck, watch the sunset over the mountains as you bbq on the southwest facing deck.

This is a truly amazing, friendly, peaceful place.

Monthly rental is available October to April only, negotiable depending on a few factors. Please contact me if you need a monthly rate for the winter months.

Minimum 5 night required stay.

Cancellation: In high season May 15th to September the 17th, you have 7 days from the day you book to cancel.

We had a fantastic stay! The unit was spotless and had a spectacular view — even better than the photos. It's perfectly located, just a short walk to both the beach and Main Street, which made everything super convenient with our three young kids. The pool was awesome and quickly became a favorite spot for the whole family. The complex itself was very clean, beautifully maintained, and had such a welcoming vibe — we met some great people during our stay. The host was pleasant, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Invermere at Heron Point

Such a great place! First, Reed was excellent with communication. The place is just as advertised. World class views - great outside deck. Very clean and well appointed as well. Washer and dryer was great. Outdoor pool and jetted hot tub - with amazing views. Kitchen was great for cooking and most important, the beds were very comfortable - slept great. Canadian folk we ran into were so friendly and helpful. We love Canada !

Great property with pool, hot tub, fitness center and just steps to Windermere Lake. Exceptionally clean condo with comfy beds and spectacular views. Lots to do in and around such as boating, mountain biking, hiking and skiing.

Location can’t be beat.

This is a perfect home base no matter what brings you to the Valley. The condo is well equipped and laid out great for 2 couples or a family. Everything is within walking distance and the views are lovely. This is our favourite property in the area and we will be back. Reed - thanks for sharing your great vacation home.

Great spot!

Stay in this building often. This unit faces the lake and pool. What a view! Moon rises over the rocket mountains and sets in the Purcells. Stay here you wont be sorry.

Life at the Condo

It was a wonderful stay. We golfed and visited around town. We are at sone great restaurants; Birchwood, Spice Shack, the Station and Copper Point. You can walk to any restaurant in town. The view is beautiful, the building is quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub in the evenings. The elevator is great for moving all your luggage. The beds are comfy.

Great place! Great location! Great owners!

We love this place and had so much fun. It is very close proximity to both Kinsmen Beach and downtown Invermere. The location makes for very easy walking distance to either. The view of the lake from the suite is gorgeous and we also loved that the building has a very nice deck with a pool and hot tub. The owners are very good with communication, even checking in with us a couple of days into our stay to make sure everything was ok. This all made for a relaxing and fun vacation. We will definitely be back again.

Practically Perfect in Every Way

Fantastic view. Fantastic location. Pool was very nice. Everything we needed to cook dinners at night. Lots of pillows to choose from but our matresses were a bit worn in both bedrooms (well indented). Thank you for having a guest Netflix account. Nice having an efficient washer and dryer. Couch was cozy. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at and we have stayed at many.

Very nice condo in an excellent location. The facilities far exceeded our expectations. Nice and quiet building with friendly people living there. The condo was well stocked with things you don’t necessarily want to pack all the way on vacation, like dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc. The kitchen was nice and clean, maybe one more baking sheet would be nice, but we were able to cram all our cookies on the one pan! So many towels! Perfect for all the things to do there like the amazing pool, the awesome beaches and of course showers. I can’t say enough about the location. So close to the beach. The view from the suite is so amazing. Sure there’s train tracks between you and the beach but you barely notice it going by thanks to the relatively soundproof building. The kids loved watching the trains going by anyways so it worked for us. The closeness to downtown is a very nice bonus. Walking to the farmer’s market on Saturday was easy even with our disabled son. Nice to buy local goods and produce. Don’t be worried about being close to downtown. It’s a nice, quiet small town and definitely not a party town whatsoever. Overall this was an excellent vacation thanks to an amazing condo. There’s so many more things to mention but I should post this before it gets too long. Thank you to our host, Reed. Your place met and exceeded our expectations!

The perfect spot!

This is our second summer staying at this property. We love the location - there is so much to do being so close to the shops and bakery and the beach and restaurant / pub down the hill. The view is breathtaking and the pool is fantastic! The unit itself is fun, clean and comfortable, with everything one could want in a kitchen and kitchen supplies. We hope to stay here again, Thank you Reed and Maria!

Amazing location and wonderful views of the lake

We had an amazing time, the property is in an ideal location, walking distance to the Beach and downtown. Our kids loved the pool and everyone was very warm and inviting. Can't wait to come back.
