- Tongs for grilling on the BBQ
- A full set of knives
- Crockpot
- Drip coffee maker
- Oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge
- Stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper and all your basic condiments.

- Ensuite laundry: A washer and dryer are located within the suite, with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided.
- Storage room w/ shelves to organize your gear
- Bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a blow dryer
- 1 designated outdoor parking stall; additional vehicles can park in surface-level visitor parking
- 24/7 Assistance - Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.
The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.
Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close are Windermere Valley Golf Course, the Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.
The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.
Panorama Ski Hill: The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
