A private balcony, off the master suite, is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the magnificent sites. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size bed as well. The third bedroom also has a full size bed and a twin size bed. There is a guest bathroom located conveniently to the second and third bedroom. All bedrooms have a lake view.

This home is perfect for groups that are wanting to get away from the rowdy crowds as it is in a residential area. You can relax at the lake while still being close to great tubing excursions and other area attractions! This home can accommodate 10. There are beds for 10 guests, however you are welcome to bring an air mattress for 2 additional guests max. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 4-5 vehicles at this property.

This house is a 10 minute drive to tube the Guadalupe River at Sattler and 15-20 away from Historic Gruene, the famous Gristmill restaurant and Schlitterbahn water park. If you're looking for a good tube outfitter, check out Shanty Tubes which is only about 7 miles from the house! Cranes Mill Marina is located only 8.6 miles from the house.
