Prepare to be wowed by 180° panoramic views of Canyon Lake from this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home! Perfect for family gatherings or quiet getaways, this home features multiple living spaces, a media room, and plenty of seating to enjoy the scenery.

It's All About the View.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I do recommend this property but with reservations:Yes, the 180 degree view of Canyon Lake is lovely but the house needs a good cleaning, especially the porch (ceiling and floors and cushions).Bedspreads are stained (upon turning them back), bathrooms lighting is minimal, three-way bulbs need to be replace along with some of the ceiling fan lights. Some of the wall-hangings are attached with velcro and can fall for no reason (master shower wand, too). Also, not all the sliding doors open and those that do are heaving and tend to stick.You will need to bring shampoo and soap, kitchen and laundry cleaning products, all spices (including salt and pepper) if you're staying for more than two nights.Besides the view, the beds are VERY comfortable and customer service is readily available. We would rent again IF this place got a massive cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect peaceful getaway. I was looking for something quiet and peaceful. This more than met my needs. The sunsets were beautiful and the deck was huge with plenty of furniture to sit outside. The DVD player wasn't working and the management company sent someone out to take care of it right away. I would note that it is a bit of a squeeze for 13 people as far as sleeping arrangements but I didn't need that.

Canyon Lake

A very good option for vacation, the house has an amazing view to the lake, the only thing is that in the grill area does not have light, so you cannot make a bbq night there. Also, it has a lot of cobwebs in the outside roof.

Wonderful Place

Beautiful home. Nice back porch. All was good with the residence. Only disappointment was a very low lake. Could not get in from the home but this is not the fault of the home or management company.

Lasting Memories

The home was very welcoming and had all the amenities need for a fun and amazing weekend. We all had our private areas when it was time to rest and space open loving areas both outside and inside for tons of laugh's! I would definitely recommend this area if you’re looking to an amazing view both in the morning and in the evenings.

Nice lake house

This was a good property right on Canyon Lake. The best parts were the beautiful view and massive deck. Downsides included check-in/communication (property manager required a picture of ID and credit card that could be sent only by text) and minimal stocking of items (2 Rolle of TP per bathroom, 2 paper towels, 2 trash bags, no dish soap, no salt/pepper). I'd be happy to pay a small amount more, but don't want to have to worry about these items and purchase them in bulk.

Lovely home with great views on Canyon Lake. Loved seeing all the deer and other wildlife. Home was perfect size for our family to spread out and enjoy their own space! Would love to visit again!

Fun!

Lake levels were very low when we went, so lake did not come up to the backyard like in the photos. House was pretty and well furnished. Close to a lot of cool spots. Check-in process was very simple. Property manager was easy to get ahold of. Overall, a great place.

Great house

The house was big and beautiful and there’s plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Great deck with gorgeous views. Not easy to get down to the water and actually getting into the water was not easy either. But overall it’s a beautiful home with plenty of space for large families.

It was a much more spacious area than the pictures led me to believe. Nicely located between the marinas and just beautiful area to sit and watch the sunset and the deer.

Reviewer Comments: My family, including three sets of parents and all our kids, were able to enjoy a wonderfully arranged living space, an amazing patio, and easy access to the lake with comfort and relaxation to spare. Over 4 nights, we BBQ'ed, played cornhole and lots of card games, and made great use of the waterfront while we used our jetskis and rented a boat from the nearby marina. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

Our Lake View Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Lake View does have an amazing view of the lake. We really enjoyed watching all the wild life roaming around and watching the sunset over the water. The only downside was there were quite a few repairs that are needed and the home was dusty with stained carpets. The shower drain in the master bath was clogged and took over an hour to drain after use. Also, the bedding was stained. We had to wash it before use. The downstairs pull out bed was missing some springs and was not in a condition in which it could be used. There is lake access but it's down a steep hill and not good for swimming with young kids. Overall, the views were great but we will not be booking this rental again.
