Weekend stay

My family and I rented this unit for a quick weekend getaway. The proximity to the beach, great amenities and restaurants were amazing. We will definitely be coming back at least twice a year.

Great view and location

We through enjoyed our stay. We got a good deal last minute out of season. Clean, plenty of space, and wonderful views. Short walk across a minor street to beach access. Easy walking access to Wal mart for groceries and other necessities.

Could use a deep clean

The stay was as expected the condo was nice but the drapes were filthy with stains and thick dust and some walls were very dusty but everything else was clean. The check out process was off, the cleaning crew basically helped themselves in before check out and forced us out. But all and all it was a nice place with great location and good amenities

Great place to stay

The rental was clean and very well decorated. The problem i was the bed was too high off the floor. My wife is a short lady and we had to buy a step stool.

Not great experience

Pretty bad experience from the start. Messaged the hosts a few times after booking with random questions, they never wrote back. When it was time to check in, I received an email instructing to use the 4-digit code to enter the unit, but they gave me a 6-digit code. Not surprised that it didnt work. Had to call several different customer service reps to get a new code (ps, good luck ever getting the right person on the phone if there is a problem). The condo is listed for 6 people, but there were only two small bath towels in the entire place for showering. We all had to use the same two towels. Tried calling to get extra towels, but - you guessed it, I couldnt ever get the right customer service rep who could help me. They said a "local agent" would contact me. They never did. Bedroom TV had no sound. The location on the unit itself was nice and had a good view but overall was still overpriced even if the amenities worked. Will not be booking with this host nor with Vacasa moving forward.

Fun Family Vacation

Location was perfect and while the place was crowded it was not overwhelming by any means. Our A/C did go out which made it hot but someone came and fixed it and we didnt spend much time in the room anyways. Would recommend and we will definitely be back.

Love Laketown wharf. Have stayed on property numerous times in past. First time with this condo. Overall good experience but could use some touch ups. Pull out mattress in couch was awful. Mold noted on shower liner. Grout in bathroom could use a good scrubbing. Needs better cookware.

Great

It was excellent. Great for families with kids of all ages. My son who is 4 loved the kiddy pool and island pool. The beach is right across the street. The condo was very very clean! We called for help one time at check in and our issue was resolved quickly. We will come again!

Spring Break 2024

We were very pleased with our stay at here. The space was clean upon our arrival. The check-in code we were given was incorrect, but management was quick to get us into our rental. We enjoyed the glorious views that were provided as well as the full kitchen.

Experience

Checked in an hour early and had trouble trying to get in the room but the manager helped tremendously and we were finally able to get in. The property is nice and has all the amenities you may need.

Won’t stay here again

We didn’t have a good experience with this location. This was our 3 or 4 time in Panama City Beach. This was one wasn’t so enjoyable. The condo complex was dirt and smelly. The condo wasn’t as described. It said it had new furniture and there wasn’t anything new. The fridge was damaged and had rust on it. The stove and microwave was damaged. There was things in the closet in the king size room where you really couldn’t get into the closet. The bathroom that is for the king size bedroom shower head needs to be replaced. It is barely coming out. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable. The view was pretty and I did reach out to them to let them know about the things in the closet. It didn’t take them very long to get back to me. They did send someone over to remove the stuff. Who ever stays in the bedroom with the queen size make sure you bring a step stool. It’s really high off the ground. I hope whoever stays in this condo has a better time than we did.

Comfy place, clean, great view, wonderful location

We had a great stay! Loved how close it was to several restaurants, pools/hot tubs, and the beach! Very relaxing and loved the beach view from the balcony!
