Welcome to Pelican View at 203 Sterling Reef Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida.

This 2nd floor condo is directly on the beach with beautiful views of the Emerald coast and the M.B. Miller Pier. The coastal interior and artwork is sure to please. Other amenities include a Keurig, Roku, mattresses, washer/dryer, linens and Turkish beach towels. Fully furnished, this spacious 2 bed/2 bath unit also features a queen leather pull out sofa and will comfortably sleep 6. Enjoy cooking for your family and friends in the gorgeous full-size kitchen with granite countertops, tile backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom is set to make you feel at home with a king size bed, flatscreen tv, private bathroom and balcony access through large glass doors. The view is exceptional, with large floor to ceiling balcony doors/windows and access to the balcony from both the living area and master bedroom. Sterling Reef Resort is centrally located to Publix, Target, and Pier Park. There are numerous restaurants and activities located within walking distance.

Clean and comfortable unit

We had a great stay. Good sized unit was larger than other 2Brs we have stayed in and beachfront access was excellent. Easy parking and close to a lot of attractions. Great large balcony overlooking the water.

The condo was beautiful! The sleeper sofa was a little uncomfortable so the couch made a better bed. The complex was a great location. Used the stairs alot as the elevators were slow and hot! Overall really nice and we enjoyed our stay.

When guests arrive back to back we cant immediately make repairs or fix damaged items, but the shower hose and toilet lid have been replaced. Thank you for your patience while we replaced these damaged parts.

Spring Break 2025

This was my family’s first time in PCB and we were unsure of where to stay because there are so many choices but we came across this condo and it was just perfect for what our family of four needed. The condo was very clean, had all kitchen gadgets we’d need and a view of The Gulf that was top notch! The beach was not crowded, the grounds were well kept and the gentleman at the beach stand were very helpful! If we come back to PCB, we’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, Well-Equipped Condo

This condo was exactly as pictured. We have stayed at this property several times before and this is one of the prettiest condos we have stayed in there. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed!

Best place we have stayed in along time

The condo was super clean and the perfect size for us 5! 2nd floor super easy access from garage and stairs even! Condo was quiet! As coming into Fl it was right there at a red light intersection, so easy to get to. The beach was not over crowded in front of the condo, like some other condos nearby ! Staff was very friendly and nice. Security was all around. Elevators were quick however, we only used them the last day there. Took stairs the entire time. Definitely staying here again!

Great Vacation Spot!

We had a great time! The condo was amazing, clean and had everything we couldve needed. The view was perfect! Check-in was easy and painless! The only negative, and this is nothing to do with the condo or owner, the elevators are super slow and wait time was extremely long to get up and down. Other than that, we had an amazing time and will definitely book again!!!!

Thank you for the nice review! Sterling Reef is perfectly situated in Panama City Beach and we’ve taken a great deal of time to ensure guests have exceptional accommodations. The elevators are brand new in 2023, but with mid-July peak season they will be slower. Pelican View is on the 2nd floor and the private beach access gate is a short walk down the stairs when the elevators are getting heavy use. Come again soon!

Great condo

Condo is updated and clean. Elevator service terrible...long waits and no ramp to beach, only stairs so inconvenient if carrying a load or health issues.

Thank you and happy that you enjoyed your stay! We agree that the elevators are slow during the busiest 3-4 weeks of the season in July! The elevators are both new but with 100% occupancy, kids, beach gear, etc. waits are going to be longer at every condo along the gulf. Pelican View is conveniently located on the second floor overlooking the beach. While there is a private beach gate, shower/rinse area with two flights of stairs straight to the sand, there's also a natural pathway next to the walking deck and gulf-front swimming pool that bypasses the beach gate access and the stairs entirely. Please come visit again!

Wonderful and relaxing

The unit is clean and comfortable. The view of the beach and sunsets are just what we needed! The provided kitchen supplies and linens are perfect. The beds are very comfortable. The 2 bathrooms are spacious. The propane grills working well and are kept clean. The parking and access to the front beach road is suitable. There is shopping and food in walking distance of the condo. We keep coming back!

Anniversary trip

We come to the beach every year and typically stay in places we are familiar with, but we have decided to change that and start trying new places. This condo provided everything we needed, beautiful sunset views, comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water. The only downside I would say is there is no ramp to the beach, and we saw a couple of elderly people, even one in a wheelchair, that were having trouble. I feel like it should be a requirement to have assistance for those that need it. Otherwise, we plan to be back here very soon and I highly recommend.

Thank you for the nice review and we would happily invite you back. The wheelchair access is just to the west of the main walkway by the pool. Easy to miss the signage but there is a wheelchair access ramp available to the beach for Sterling Reef Resort.

Parking is free in the private garage. We provide 2 parking passes for guests. There are 3 blanks on the parking pass - Unit#____ Check in Date_____ Check Out Date______ The instructions for using the parking garage and passes are posted in the garage and on the cover of the check in packet.

AMAZING Condo with a perfect view

This condo was absolutely perfect... very comfortable bed!!!!. Good TV options (although we watched very little). We went for a very important birthday celebration for my wife. I couldn't have been happier with our condo and its view. The building itself has a nice pool and decent amenities. The parking deck is tight and the elevators are overworked. However that's my only criticism. That has nothing to do with the condo itself. Beautiful designed and decorated. You can enjoy your view while having a cup of coffee or having breakfast, and in the evenings you have the most amazing sunset views you could ask for. The pier is very close as is a public access area which is good because the building doesn't have good access to and from the beach for those with beach carts. This condo again though is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation and is conveniently placed to many restaurants that are very good as well. I couldn't have been happier to stay here and we absolutely will return.
