Store all your stuff in a P.O.D. and bring your clothes to the Yellow Rose. Enjoy a huge kitchen supplied with all the necessary elements. Relax on a covered deck by a fire pit overlooking the woods.
Sit around a large island with five bar stools with a table nearby and catch up with friends and family. The den has comfy chairs for 7! The fire pit has six rocking chairs and there is a table with seven chairs. Out under the trees! Then two porches for drinking your favorite beverage. There’s a grill in the back yard for the grill master!

Families love the Yellow Rose in the summer! You can go to Splash Kingdom, The Alligator Farm, Yesterland, the Mineola Nature Preserve, fishing at Lake Fork, etc. Plus horse shoes and corn hole in the yard!

Children coming? When the reservation is made, you can request that we have a pack and play, a high chair, and a tricycle for them. No charge, but advanced requests must be made so it’s not at another one of our rentals. (Bring your own sheets.) There is a swing set in the back yard.

Propane grill provided.

One or two well behaved dogs are allowed. You must keep them crated when you are away from the house. (We have crates if you need one.)

The Yellow Rose is on four acres of land just 10 minutes from First Monday Trade Days in Canton. The front porch looks out onto horse property and the back porch looks out onto a wooded forest. Next door there are chickens and ducks. It's quiet and serene. A great place to unwind after a long day of shopping, wedding festivities or visiting wineries.

The Canton Cottage (Property ID 586627) is across the street and owned by the same owners as the Yellow Rose. It has a FIVE star rating. So although this is a newer listing - it's owned by people who have 2 other rentals with FIVE star ratings - so book with confidence!

Take the family to the country and relax and reconnect. There is corn hole, horseshoes, and croquet in the front and a fire pit in the back. Eight rocking chairs on the front porch and seating for 4 on the back porch.

The house was renovated in ship lap and bead board in a Fixer Upper style. The best feature of the house are the porches with ample comfy chairs for everyone. The second best feature is the totally open kitchen and living area keeping everyone together with plenty of seating. Third best feature is the decor - this is NOT your grandmother's farmhouse! The fourth is the family/friendly game area outside and board games inside.

Within 25 minutes from the house you'll find wineries and antique shopping.
