Sitting on the 8th green of the Slammer and Squire golf course near the World Golf Hall of Fame and the Caddy Shack Restaurant, it's a golfer's paradise! AND IT'S SO MUCH MORE ...

The condo is less than 30 minutes from a stroll down St. Augustine's St. George Street, exploring America's Oldest Fort, the Fountain of Youth, the historic Light House, shopping at St. Augustine's Outlet Malls, or fun in the sun at Anastasia Island State Park and Vilano Beaches. Rent kayaks to explore and fish the inland waterways, including the Guana National Reserve.

There's plenty of room to enjoy time with family and friends in the open living area, the huge lanai and the pool/amenities area, as well as the wonderful options for activities and food nearby. The seafood and restaurant options are outstanding.

Accommodates up to 8 guests with 1 queen and 3 king beds. One of the king bedrooms also has a queen-size sofa hide-a-bed. Fully provisioned kitchen and laundry facilities. Free WiFi. Cable TV in Den and most of the bedrooms.

Enjoyed our stay!

This is a spacious 4 bedroom condo, with a large balcony off the main living room, partially screened, and another off the main master bedroom. It was very clean, with a well equipped kitchen. We would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Spacious and comfortable!

My husband and I stayed for the week while visiting St Augustine with our boys. The condo is huge and very comfortable!! We enjoyed our week! The owners are great!

Wonderful stay for our big family!

We can't say enough good things about our recent stay. The owners were so nice and were willing to answer all of our questions before we arrived....and after we got there! Since we were splitting our time between Jacksonville and St. Augustine, the location was perfect for us. We had 3 teenagers and 3 adults, and there was so much room! It was nice to be able to unwind at the quiet property after a long day of adventures. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Rental

The property was just as advertised. In fact, exceeded our expectations. We spent significant time on screened in porches. The condo is open and large with just perfect privacy in the bedroom area. Excellent property, will use again and highly recommend

Perfect Retreat

The place exceeded expectations. It was the perfect layout with split bedrooms two on each side for a large family stay. We never felt crowded. It felt like being at home. David and Teresa are wonderful owners. They respond to messages quickly and were easy to work with. Community is nice and quiet. Pool and hot tub were a nice addition. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again in a heart beat.

St. Augustine golf junket

6 guys in this unit for a week of golf. Very large unit. Great wrap around deck in the shade with a cool breeze. 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom. Owners had very good commumication. Property manager responded very quickly to address minor issues. Maintainance man Mike, very knowledgable about golf courses in the area. Everything about the unit was very good, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable, tv worked well. Very close to World Golf Hall of Fame. Unit is on the Slammer Squire course. Would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect

This condo in a quiet neighborhood is easily accessible to St. Augustine. Lots to do in the area. It was clean, spacious and was very comfortable for ourselves and the friends who came to visit while we were there. The owners and management team were good in responding to any questions and needs. We would definitely rent this propery again in the future.

Perfect for family wedding gathering point

We rented the property as a main base for my daughters wedding. Almost all guests stayed at the Renaissance. It was perfect for friends and family to stop in and visit and was spacious enough for us to entertain as well as keep all our wedding decor until needed. Very very responsive owners and management. Helpful with anything we asked about. They even helped us secure a location for our “Farewell brunch”.

Great Layout, Plenty of Room

Our group consisted of 4 retired couples. The large all-in-one Family room, Dining room and Kitchen, made it nice for us to be doing different things, but yet be all together. Plenty of room in the kitchen and lots of supplies for us to use. The neighborhood is very nice and the outdoor areas are very well kept. Only complaint was the double beds were noisy and not very comfortable. Would definitely stay at this house again. .

Phenomenal people & Place

Teresa and David are absolutely amazing people who clearly see this property as A means for blessing others with a great place to stay while on vacation. The value is off the charts! So thankful I was able to stay here with the family while on vacation. Plenty of space, and the amenities were spot on even with all that’s going on in the world. Great place and great people!

Perfect for extended family experience.

Perfect layout with kitchen opening to family room. Plenty of comfy couches. Kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Dining room table huge, we took out leaves to play cards in evening. Many bedrooms separated for privacy, all with private bathrooms. Paths all around for walking. The pool was nearly empty each time we used it. An easy drive to Old Augustine and outlets.

this is our 2nd time staying in this condo. It is 4 bedroom 4 bath, large kitchen, table for 12. Has 3 porches, 1 screened. We had 10 people and everyone was comfy. We would stay again.

Golf World Condo

Terrific location and house, even for a non-golfer. Plenty of space in the apartment (huge), nice swimming pool and great views of #8 green on one side and small lake on other. Screened porches made sitting outside comfortable, except for summer heat and humidity.

David grew up in Jacksonville, FL and Teresa in Indiana. We have three grown kids and three grandchildren (so far). David is a Civil Engineer and Teresa a Piano Teacher.

We LOVE the beaches and the St. Augustine area (and all the other cool places up and down the NE FL coast)! So after living in 12 places around this great country, we've decided to retire here in the future and purchased this wonderful condo. Until then, we want share it with others to enjoy, especially since its so well set up for family get-togethers. The World Golf Village area is beautifully developed, peaceful and convenient to lots of fun and food options. This property is well-priced to use as a 'base camp' for exploring, while offering a place to retreat and recharge.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

After exploring all the fun activities and food nearby, we think you'll enjoy relaxing and making memories in our wonderful retreat. One of our favorites is enjoying breakfast and coffee, as well as sunsets on the wonderful lanai that wraps around the back of the condo.

The World Golf Village area is also nice to walk to and around. After eating at Bill Murray's Caddy Shack Restaurant, take an opportunity to 'play' a re-creation of the famous TPC Sawgrass 17th Island hole, enjoy the beautiful pond with fish to feed, as well as a Starbucks in the lovely Renaissance Hotel.
