Seaside at Anastasia is a luxury condominium resort on the island with a gated entrance and grounds across the street from beach! Just steps to the ocean, you will enjoy St. John's county fishing pier, kids splash park, playground and volleyball park. Walk to some of the areaā€™s top restaurants, shops, a weekly farmers market and live entertainment at the pavilion! Free summer concert Wednesday evenings weather permitting.

Unit 305B is in the quiet part of the complex on the top floor with a convenient elevator just steps away. You will enjoy newly updated furnishings with a comfortable coastal decor.

Cathy and Greg are great! Weā€™ve stayed here twice now, and it was just as amazing as the first time! The photos and descriptions were spot on, and itā€™s exactly what youā€™ll find when you get there. The condo is clean, beautiful, and in the perfect spot to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We hope to stay there again!

Summer family vacation

My family and I have been coming to St. Augustine for the summer for 6 years now. We have rented several different units in the complex and overall this was our favorite. Very clean and very well stocked! Fantastic stay.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have rented this condo. I have nothing negative to say. The owners are very easy to communicate with. We had zero issues. Condo is immaculate and well stocked. Master bed is very comfy.

Fantastic St Augustine Condo Near Pier

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this beautiful condo. The layout was perfect. Very roomy for 3 adults, each with our own bedroom. It was nicely decorated with everything we could have asked for. The communication prior to our stay was quick, personable and very easy to get all our questions answered. Check in was clear and we had no problems. The area is perfect for visiting St. Augustine and being directly across from the pier and the water. We would definitely stay again. 5 Star Stay

This condo earns a well deserved 5 stars. It's spotless. Every nook and cranny is clean. The mattresses are all comfortable with quality linens. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans and gadgets that you would ever need. There is a nice selection of beach equipment. We brought our own but there were chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys and a wagon. The beach is a quick walk. The pool and pool area are clean. We enjoyed many restaurants in the area. Do not miss Island Donuts across the street . We would not hesitant to book this condo again.

Fabulous Stay

This condo has everything - the location to the beach, restaurants and bars was great. The unit itself was very nice and had everything we needed, down to laundry detergent and shampoo. We needed nothing. This was our first VRBO and I guess we got an A+ one.

Great Summer Vacation Rental For Family

Excellent place to stay! The condo was super clean, spacious, and provided all amenities for my family that you could possibly imagine. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Family Time

Four adults and two children were there for a wedding and vacation time. The condo was/is beautiful!! The beach was a short walk across the highway and the facility has a beautiful pool. Everything was perfect! The thoughtful items left for us were greatly appreciated and enjoyed. We will definitely consider staying there again and would highly recommend the accommodations for anyone staying along the St. Augustine Beach area!
