The kitchen features a large center island, 5 burner gas cook station, built in double ovens and microwave, granite counters, custom tiled back splash with mural, and elaborate cabinetry and a bar. There are multiple illuminated tray ceilings and all walls are finished with skip trowel textures and faux painting to provide the perfect feel & look of Tuscany! All main living areas feature oversized windows and a "zero" corner slider elegantly joins indoor and outdoor living. Outdoor entertainment can be enjoyed on a large brick paver pool deck with a spacious covered lanai. There is a summer kitchen with bar in a separate wing of the lanai. A granite bar top table with umbrella and bench are built in to the heated pool. Enjoy deep water views looking into a T-Canal with lush landscapes and majestic palms. There is a boat dock with a boat lift that provides easy access to the Gulf of Mexico.

A circular marble inlay and mirrored buffet complement the formal dining area. Informal meals can be enjoyed in a nook area overlooking the pool. There is a separate TV room with recliner cinema seating. Master bedroom with King bed offers pool views and a palatial bath. The Master bathroom features stylish vanities and a massive shower with multiple shower heads. Both secondary bedrooms come with Queen beds and their own full bath with walk-in showers. The door configurations enable them to become private en suites.

This particular vacation home does not provide a baby safety fence for the pool and is therefore not suitable for kids under the age of 10 years. For safety reasons we do not accept bookings for kids below 10
