This place was top notch- just as pictured, or better! Highly recommend. I would go there and check it out before getting any groceries, though, because it is so well set up that everything that you need is already there! Perfect relaxing quiet time spent by the pool and on the lanai and beds were comfortable! 5 stars for sure!

We have stayed in the Fort Myers area quite a few times and have never stayed in a nicer place. It was clean, absolutely no smoke smell, the pool was clean and inviting, went swimming every day. We all had a relaxing, stress-free time and for us that's the best vacation. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks again Troy for allowing us to check in a little early. Greatly appreciated it.

This is our 2nd stay at this property and 3rd with this host. As expected the house was spotless. We like to cook some meals and the kitchen is well equipped. The house has all the comforts of home. The pool is also heated. We would definitely recommend staying here. Communication from this host is excellent!

Wow is right! Great house, very clean with everything we needed for a great stay and the location was convenient to everything. We loved the pool and the views of the canal. Troy was great to work with and the description was very accurate. We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for all our needs! Check in was easy. Received check in information several days beforeā€¦even able to check in early! House well equipped with kitchen essentials. Plenty of towels for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is as advertised. You will not be disappointed. The owner has has thought of everything...fishing rods and tackle, bikes, kayaks, beach gear, coolers, etc. The house was exceptionally clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Cant say enough good things about this place.

Amazing hidden gem in paradise

My family and I had a great stay at this vacation home in Punta Gorda, Florida. The house was spotless, and exactly as describedā€”comfortable, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Troy was exceptional with communication, always quick to respond and very accommodating throughout the entire stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and care he put into making sure everything was just right. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home!!!

The home was Amazing! Troy was very accommodating and helpful. The kids loved the pool area and watching the fish in the canal. It was their first trip to Florida and they canā€™t wait to go back! We will definitely book with Troy again!

Great vacation! House was awesome, had everything we needed. Really nice quiet and friendly neighborhood. Fished, walked, but mostly hung out and enjoyed the pool and outdoor living area. Host was very easy to work with and had no issues while at the property. Highly recommend staying here.

This Punta Gorda home is amazing! Itā€™s complete luxury on the inside and the heated pool is the best. We spent the days and evenings swimming and relaxing. Itā€™s a quiet neighborhood, which we totally appreciated. You canā€™t go wrong. The location is great, as we have family in the area and it was a good home base.
