Condo was very nice and perfect for a couple or a family with young children. Nice balcony with view of the pool and only a short walk to the beach. Good location with restaurants, shopping and downtown Rosemary Beach close by. Highly recommended.

Beach view was obstructed due to trees. Very close and easy walk to beach with small kids Clean and comfortable The.only drawback was a 3rd floor apartment. Was difficult with small kids. I didn't read this when scheduling and not sure it was revealed

Mother’s Day Trip

Love this condo complex and this particular unit was perfect. Great location to stay less crowded than other others. Perfect old Florida feel! Love Inlet Beach.

Quiet section of the beach!

Enjoyed our stay immensely! Everything close by...pool...beach access...and quiet! The accommodations were perfect for six of us. Very clean and up to date.

Amazing

Loved our stay! So close to everything and it’s at the best beach access spot. This condo complex is the best. Ocean Reef management goes above and beyond. It really is so close to the beach. I have no desire to stay elsewhere. I hate leaving this great review because I want to keep this place a secret!

Beautiful Beach Get-Away

Cozy beach get-away! Adorable! The kitchen had everything we needed. Clean! Loved the ocean breeze and the accessibility to the beach was great!

Inlet Beach

This property was great! Everything was clean, plenty of towels were provided, and there was tons of space! The check in / check out process was so easy and the communication was unbelievably quick! It is right next to the beach access with a restroom. I am definitely saving this property to stay again!

Love Inlet Dunes

Great accommodations. Kitchen well equipped and management company super. Loved the app - made everything easy for check-in, stay, and checkout. Beach right across the street from the condo. Walking distance to Rosemary, Seacrest and Aly's Beach.

Better than Expected

Pleasantly surprised at how nice #209 was! Super short walk to beach. Beautiful pool. Everything was clean and comfy. Just right for family of four. Cant wait to come back.

No direct view of the beach, but the property couldn’t be any closer — literally right across the street from the beach access point (with clean public bathrooms!). We did not use the pool but it stayed clean. There were areas of the house that I’d be disappointed in if I were the one paying a cleaner for their services. The bedroom TV did not work initially, but they replaced it. (Only issue was it took two days to come to the condo to check it out.)But overall it was a good value for what we were needing.

An absolute pleasure

This property had the best on everything. Location, facilities and value was top notch. Check in process was seamless and the unit was quiet. The unit is a few steps from the beach and has a pool on site as well. We enjoyed the oceanviews roght from the living room and enjoyed beeakfast on the porch. I definitely will be back.

Decent!

Clean and cozy for my small family of 4. Wish it would have had a heads up about being on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Would have been no big deal if it weren’t booked for my babymoon. Stairs are hard 9mos pregnant with a toddler under 2. Needs a hairdryer. Overall we enjoyed it!

Ok stay

The location was wrong, is NOT between rosemary beach and ysla beach, is before rosemary. Could be cleaner for sure, everything is just ok and the fee for the rental place makes the price double it.

We love staying at Inlet Dunes it is a wonderful condo. However, when we communicated concerns with the property manager they responded that they would send a request to maintenance. No one contacted us or showed up to fix the issues we were having. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, but we were just disappointed that no one showed up to fix the issues we were having in the condo.
