Waterfront w/ New Saltwater Heated Pool, Private Pier and Basketball Hoop.

Our spacious home comfortably sleeps 13 and is filled with beautiful and recently updated furniture including new beds in every room! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items needed to make a delicious meal for a large group. You`ll have plenty of living space and common areas like the spectacular veranda off the kitchen allowing plenty of space for large groups to congregate.

You can enjoy the views of the Intracoastal Waterway from almost every room.

The water off our pier ranges from 1 inch to 3 feet of water depending on the tide and the season. It is not ideal to dock a boat off our pier.

With a 10 minutes drive to Atlantic Beach, 15 minute drive to Emerald Isle or Beaufort, there is plenty of places for shopping and groceries, and the nearby Pine Knoll Aquarium, you won`t miss a beat.

Please be advised that if the air temperatures reaches under 50 degrees, our pool heater likely will not heat the pool enough to swim. This is due to how the pool is built and not something that we can control.

What an amazing house! We loved our stay here. We were a group of 10 ladies who came to celebrate 3 milestone birthdays. We had an amazing time swimming, kayaking, exploring, eating and laughing. There was an appliance issue but there was great communication and solutions to help get it fixed. It was very clean and had lots of things here available for use (shampoo, soap, toiletries, spices, etc) which was nice to not have to bring. Walmart is directly up the street so was nice for last minute things you need to purchase. We had a phenomenal meal prepared for us by The Seagrass Chef (look him up on Google) and he came to the house and loved the wonderful fully stocked kitchen while he cooked for us. Lots of toys and floats and kayaks were avaliable for us to use here and take to the beach, no need to bring your own. We will definitely come back to stay again if the opportunity arises.

This home is a perfect getaway. From watching boats go by in the sound, the refreshing pool in the backyard, to the location to all conveniences. This is definitely one of the greatest homes I’ve stayed in for a vacation to relax and unwind at. Thank you again!!!

Our family had the BEST vacation EVER at this lovely home! The house is very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The pier has a beautiful view for morning coffee. The pool was very nice on those hot days! I would give this house 10 stars if I could. The host, Garet, was extremely helpful with any questions that we had. As a family, we cannot wait to come back and stay here again!!

Property was well apportioned for fun and relaxation. We had 8 adults and 3 children. The kids loved the pool, and we loved the location on the ICW. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meal prep. We had so much fun paddling around off the private dock.

Loved this house and the area

This house has everything you need! The house and property were beautiful. Has everything you need even beach chairs. Just a short drive to the oceanfront and sores and restaurants are close. My family had a great time the week we were here. Garet the property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.

Fantastic!

Everything exceeded our expectations of our stay! Garet was able to accommodate us adding extra days due to unfortunate circumstances of our previous stay. The house was clean and welcoming with all the amenities we could ask for and more. From the kayaks, which made for a wonderful afternoon paddle, to swim shoes for us to walk out to the sandbar, boogie boards to take to the beach, beach towels and linens to accommodate all of us, and everything in between. None of us had any complaints or wants throughout our time. Highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Location!

What a wonderful and peaceful property! This home was exactly as advertised! We sat outside on the dock each night to watch the sunset and were never disappointed. My son and I enjoyed kayaking and fishing. The pool was great and relaxing! Highly recommend!

Lovely home with plenty to do

This is our second time saying at this lovely home and as usual it didn't disappoint. The addition of the pool and the surrounding decking is great. When we arrived the first thing the kids wanted to do is jump in the pool. Everything was as advertised and we had a great time, even got in a little fishing. If you go on the pier in the early morning you may see some stingrays, they were gracefully gliding through the water. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and convenient! You don’t want to miss a stay at this Morehead home. The location was perfect, right along the water of Bogue Sound and with the perfect view from the pool. Nearby stores and restaurants are very close. Emerald Isle and Atlantic beach were our go to beaches and they are both very close as well. The home had all the amenities you could want and need including the basketball court, kayaks, and paddle boards with a variety of life jackets. Garet was very responsive to any questions and/or concerns and did his best to make things run smoothly. Thanks again, we will be back and spread the word. You were a great host!

Birthday getaway

This house is so clean, peaceful and quiet. The location is perfect. My mom and my husband enjoyed the pier. They actually caught a nice size fish our last morning here. The owner was easy to reach and always responded right back. I am truly happy I found this place and that I got to celebrate my birthday here with my family. My adult children fell in love with it as well.

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! Beautiful home and very comfortable. I loved the beds, they were so soft. Great location and amazing views! Check in was so simple and you did not have to pick up a key from a second location. We look forward to staying here again when the pool is completed!

Beautiful view. No key as indicated on email. Kayak had a hole- sank and was awful to bring in. No cord for electric recliner. But, very nice. Would go again, but difficult for handicap husband to navigate with the sunken living room.

Lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at blue Skies! The location was perfect for our activities- visiting friends, scuba diving, golfing, enjoying the local offerings, and above all, relaxing in the home’s beautiful setting!! We loved mornings and evenings on the dock, watching the tides, fishing, watching the full moon, and thinking about kayaking (next time!). The house had everything we needed as far as supplies. They were well marked and easy to find. The beds were comfortable and the views from everywhere were awesome! Thanks for a great home, we hope to come back soon!

We are a full service management company that manages homes like this beautiful home. We manage this property for Garet's Mom, Kay. Kay lives between this home and her houses on St. John in the US Virgin Islands. Those homes are also available on VRBO at www.VRBO.com/1716395 and www.VRBO.com/2342338.

Blue Skies Property Management was named after this property as it was our first property and continues to be one of our favorites. Our family spends a lot of time here. We've added a lot of amenities along the way for our own family that we know other guests will enjoy at the home. These include the surf board, paddle boards, scooters, basketball hoop outside, kayaks for adults and kids and so much more.

This is a wonderful relaxing house/neighborhood for you to make memories with you and your loved ones. It sits on the inter-coastal waterway and gives you the opportunity to walk right out your back door and enjoy the water. Also allows you to sit on the back deck, enjoy a coffee or a cocktail and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets.

The neighborhood is perfectly situated next to the exclusive Spooners Creek Marina. We love walking the marina and enjoying the constant breezes that are at the marina and home. Plenty of boats to watch go by and always birds to admire too. This is a very quiet neighborhood and we expect our guests to appreciate and respect that.

We are located perfectly in between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. We are also about a 20 minute drive to the beautiful Beaufort, NC. We love riding there for shopping, dining, and taking trips to Shackleford or Sand Dollar island to see the wild horses.

Blue Skies is the perfect location no matter if you are looking for a peaceful vacation or an adventurous outdoor vacation full of activities, we got you covered. Our home is socked full of things to do outside as well as comfortable seats to sit and enjoy the dolphins and boats passing by our back windows/deck. We are close to go have fun at the beach too!

Our home was remodeled in 2016 with beautiful upgrades including a remodeled kitchen, added playroom and a new garage. We built a brand new pier in July, 2022 too. It is very relaxing to sit on the patio or the pier and watch the boats go by with your favorite cocktail and a fishing rod.
