Waterfront w/ New Saltwater Heated Pool, Private Pier and Basketball Hoop.

Our spacious home comfortably sleeps 13 and is filled with beautiful and recently updated furniture including new beds in every room! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items needed to make a delicious meal for a large group. You`ll have plenty of living space and common areas like the spectacular veranda off the kitchen allowing plenty of space for large groups to congregate.

You can enjoy the views of the Intracoastal Waterway from almost every room.

Our saltwater pool is heated but you have to let us know 72 hours in advance if you would like the heat to be turned on. It is an extra $50/day for the heater to be on.

The water off our pier ranges from 1 inch to 3 feet of water depending on the tide and the season. It is not ideal to dock a boat off our pier.

With a 10 minutes drive to Atlantic Beach, 15 minute drive to Emerald Isle or Beaufort, there is plenty of places for shopping and groceries, and the nearby Pine Knoll Aquarium, you won`t miss a beat.

Please be advised that if the air temperatures reaches under 50 degrees, our pool heater likely will not heat the pool enough to swim. This is due to how the pool is built and not something that we can control.
