This beautiful 5000 sq. ft. home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Nicely furnished with king size beds in Master and all 3 guest bedrooms, each with its own ensuite.
Large gourmet kitchen with huge island and stainless steel appliances, double ovens, gas stove, walk-in pantry, fireplace and patio doors leading to outdoor dining table.
Resort style backyard perfect for entertaining, has a ramada with 50" TV, wet bar, built-in BBQ and smoker. Gas fire pit, pool and spa.
This is the perfect 1 1/2 acre private getaway with valley and mountain views, close to the town of Cave Creek offering restaurants, shopping, art galleries and more. Minutes to golf, cycling and hiking trails! Please note: That the credit card being used to make payment needs to belong to the traveler making the booking.

Definitely our favorite property we have stayed at.

Perfect for families and groups of couples. Convenient location for shopping, golf, and anything you need. The house and outdoor amenities on the property are truly amazing

Get away weekend

A destination home that serves as the perfect spot to relax with friends and family. Great for multiple couples as each room boasts VERY comfortable b and en-suite bathrooms. The view is absolutely beautiful!

Great Week in AZ

First of all the house is amazing! We spent a week there with 3 other couples and had a great time. We love the view of the mountain and how convenient everything is. The owner is great to work with, he was very attentive to our visit. We will stay here again!

Everything on VRBO describing this property is entirely accurate. Plus the fact that Kevin was extremely concerned about and for us and our family/friends enjoying the stay. No question that I would stay here again. Best In Cave Creek!

Fabulous!

2nd time at this property. It was our annual girls golfing trip. Cave Creek / Carefree area was so much fun. After golf we could relax in the pool & spa. Weather was perfect. Thanks Kevin!

Phenomenal! Highly recommended this beautiful home!

Gorgeous property that pictures can’t describe!! The owners were so nice to work with and very accommodating! The house was stocked with things I forgot and all the special touches show how they go above and beyond compared to other properties!! Bikes, pool floats, palm tree drink stirs, aloe lotion just to name a few. We will definitely be back!!!

Phenomenal repeat stay!

I was here last year with my kids for a beautiful week of memories. This time I brought 4 girlfriends for a long girls weekend. They were all so impressed and they would all highly recommend. The pictures are stunning but it’s much more beautiful in person!! Highly recommended!!! Kevin is amazing and anticipates everything. He even had great recommendations for restaurants and activities outside of the house.

great for our golf trip

We had four adults playing 5 days of golf in the north Scottsdale area. This house worked out perfectly. The owner was extremely attentive and 'on-top' of any issues that came up. He was also open to suggestions (we'll see if those get put in place.) Great place to hang out after golf and everyone had their own space, as well as great common areas.

Perfect Getaway Destination

Previous reviews have nailed it. Kevin and his property are 5 stars. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. We had 4 couples and enjoyed deciding where to enjoy coffee, cocktails and the stars each day - there are so many great spots on the property to enjoy. We will be back!

Perfect Place to Stay

This property is absolutely perfect! We traveled with four couples that wanted to get out of the Midwest winter and enjoy the sun for a week and this house was perfect! This house has the perfect layout that allows everyone to have privacy and it has several common gathering areas. The office was a bonus as everyone in a group had to work remotely for some portion of the trip. The WiFi had great coverage with plenty of bandwidth for us to all work at the same time. This house was very clean and the location of this house is ideal, it is a few minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses. Lastly, the views were incredible! Kevin was very helpful when setting up the reservations and checking in to ensure our stay was enjoyable throughout the week. This is a great house, we plan to visit the Scottsdale area again next year and we will stay here for sure!

Great house and location for a family vacation!

This house and location is perfect for a family vacation and it was equally perfect with accommodations for a group of couples to enjoy a week of golf and relaxation. We enjoyed spending time at the various gathering spaces located throughout the property.

Perfect Getaway!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kevins home. Kevin is a perfect host! We enjoyed the proximity to the town, golf courses, and of course the amazing views! We would recommend staying here to anyone!

Awesome place to stay !!

Have stayed in many VRBO places - this was by far the nicest house we have stayed in ever ! The Property is immaculate and the view was incredible ! Kevin was awesome to work with and made sure we had the best of time. I would recommend this house 100% - Great location and great house !!

Paradise in the Desert

My husband, I and our two best couple friends take a trip beginning of June every year and every year we think we’ve taken the best trip yet and this one did not disappoint. The description and pictures of the property do not do it justice! It’s perfectly appointed, spacious, stocked with more than you could imagine and with a few small exceptions, clean beyond clean. We stopped at the grocery/liquor store on our way to the property and once we arrived, we did not leave it once. The pool, although it looks smaller in the photos, was sunny all day and even when all six of us were in there (even with our husbands playing dumb pool games) it was comfortable enough for all us us to float with noodles and move around. The misters were a nice welcome from the 115 temp when sitting around the conversation table. Kevin was extremely attentive and responded to every inquiry. The day we arrived the air condition that controlled the main master was out and he could not have been more accommodating in trying to figure out what to do. The views from both the front and back of the house are spectacular with sunset being the highlight. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, safe and absolutely beautiful. We’ve already said if we can’t agree on a place to go next year, this will be where we go!

Needed Get Away !!!!

Great House. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of room for all 8 guests to have their own space, (if needed) and still than ample areas for gathering. Bedding and beds very comfortable. We used all the amenities of this great house. the pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and the firepit. Enjoyed watching the hot air balloons on the early morning launches. Kevin, thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We will be back Carolyn and Mike

Guys golf trip

This house is in a perfect location for Scottsdale in Cave Creek golf trip. Was great for four guys but would also be great for four couples as each bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathrooms. Kevin the host was very attentive to our needs. Wanted us to feel completely at home. Beautiful setting with a wonderful patio for relaxation.
