Guests will have access to the entire house as well as the garage, minus a locked linen/supplies closet.

Property details to note:

Please note that the pool is available to be heated for an additional $85 per day from October through May. If guests do not want the pool heated, no additional charges will apply.

When day or overnight temperatures are low, the pool heater is only able to raise the temperature 25-30 degrees above the outdoor temperature. For example, if the outdoor temperature is 40 degrees, the water temperature would be 40 degrees. Once allowed time to heat, it would reach 65-70 degrees. Most guests find pools over 80 degrees the most comfortable to swim in.
**If a guests request to heat the pool when temperatures outside are lower than 60 degrees and the pool does not reach a desired temperature (over 80 degrees) , no refund will be provided** Please message me with any questions about pool heating.

The pool is not fenced separately from the house. Adults must be present at all times when children under the age of 18 are in the backyard or pool. There is a self closing back door and safety lock installed. Pool heating is available from October - April and is an additional per night fee upon request. The freestanding hot tub/spa is always heated and available with no additional fee.

Security cameras are installed at the front, sides and rear of the home (outside only) for security purposes. They are not actively monitored. No tampering with or disabling/covering of the security devices, wifi or pool equipment as this may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am and are strictly enforced to ensure we are good neighbors.
